My whole family has been purchasing our cars from Honda for a very long time now and I've met a lot of people from the Service Centre but I was really impressed with the customer service that Rachel Roopnarine provided to me. I've been in the retail industry for over 10 years now and she has definitely went above and beyond for me to ensure she can get me parts for my Honda Fit which seems to be really hard to find at other dealership. I highly recommend anyone to go see Rachel as she won't disappoint you.

I went to Maple Honda for my first car 2016 CRV SE. A friend recommended Zak Dubey and I am glad that I did contact him. He helped us in every step of the way. I like his style. He will not try oversell the car. Instead, he would try to understand your situation and will advise you on your options.

This was our first time purchasing a new car. We had done our research with the model we wanted. My husband and I visited a dealership to only receive vague information and a catalogue so we decided to leave. We then decided to visit Maple Honda which was the best decision ever. I just picked up a used vehicle from Maple Honda today for my parents who haven't bought a car in over 20 years. My dad and I arrived today to pick up the car with the disappointing news that because my mother, the co-signer wasn't there, it wouldn't be possible to take home the car tonight. Abdul Alamjir was the kind gentleman who helped us through this process. After his creative brainstorming and kind heart, he offered to drive all the way to our house to have my mom sign the paper work just so we could have the car tonight. Also keeping in mind that we live out in Scarborough and the dealership was all the way in Maple! The customer service that Abdul provided was absolutely above and beyond and myself and my family could not have been more appreciative of his kind gesture. I have only amazing things to say about this dealership, the cleanliness standard of their cars and their kind salespeople, in specific Abdul Alamjir. He should be recognized and congratulated for his incredible initiative and customer service. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle go to this place first! It will save you a lot of time from looking around.

I just bought a used 2011 Civic from Abdul Alamgir. The car was in great condition and the promises he made towards the car were fulfilled. He is a very nice guy, very polite and humble and the most a true professional. He showed us couple of cars and he gave us the right car that suited our needs. I am thankful to him for his services and his manager Cosimo also treated us very nicely. The dealership is amazing and the customer services are great. My husband and I just picked up our first brand new Honda CRV-EX at Maple Honda last week. We were so excited and happy with the choice we decided to shop at this dealership.

Steven Lau is our new car sales representative. He is so professional, approachable, and gave us the best price we could ever asked for a brand new car. We were very impressed by everything along the way from initial conversation, talking about the details, pricing and to pick up the car at the end. He was there for us and patiently explained the options and things we need to be aware of during our shopping experience.

I took my car in for a oil change and to have my winter tires changed. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received on my visit. They took my car right away and had a shuttle driver take me to my workplace. After work, the driver was waiting for me to bring me back to the dealership where my car was waiting for me in front of the building. I cannot imagine a smoother service experience. The speed and efficiency of the whole process was just incredible.

A friendly guide suggestion to all customers visiting this store, please don't go by all the positive reviews. The salesmen will try to scare you and convince hard to go for useless extended warranty which is around $2000 and is absolutely useless as it doesn't cover most of the things. The salesmen will talk nice and friendly as long as you buy the car and there is NO SCOPE FOR NEGOTIATION. All cars have fixed price tag and quite pricey.

Kevin Ly was the best car representative I've ever had help me! He was extremely helpful, patient, and informative. His friendly personality made us feel like we were buying a car from someone we knew and trusted for years. Definitely recommend finding Kevin for your next car purchase!

My recent experience at Maple Honda with Ray Mehta was one of my all time best! I have never met someone in this industry that just cuts all the BS out of the process and just gets to the point. We got a CRV for a Christmas gift surprise for our mother, he was able to show the benefits of leasing vs financing to all the siblings, and not only that he cared enough to ensure we all fully understood the deal, and the implications of the car being on our names. He is a remarkable individual, with a caring and genuine personality. I didn t think it was possible to have such an individual in this industry as most are slated to be Sleazy Car Salesmen I would recommend to walk in to Maple Honda and just Ask for Ray no questions! This is a very well managed dealership. I leased 2017 Accord this week. The Honda sales representative who helped me was Vince. He was very professional and provided me with lots of useful information. Frankly, in the beginning I was a bit hesitant, if this is indeed the right car for me, so I was texting a lot of questions, and he always responded in a timely manner. This is the first review i have ever posted. I walked in without making an appointment to look at a 2015 Civic si. Sales executive Raffaele aproched as I looked at the vehicle.
Even though he was busy I asked to go on a road test and without hesitation he had the car out of the show room in minutes. Raff and sales manager Domenic were welcoming, treated me with much respect and great customer service. Id highly recommend seeing these guys !!

On Wed March 1st I got my New Honda Odyssey 2017 and I experienced excellent customer service from Mr. Ray Mehta. He gave me all the information that was needed and I really appreciate his service.

Amar, the sales manager whom I did a purchase transaction with ( my new Honda Civic ): What I observed was great consultative selling, deep knowledge of both Honda cars and competition, non-pushy approach, flexibility and focus on my needs as a client. I received help throughout the whole process.

Before Maple Honda, over years, I have visited a few other dealerships ( Tesla, BMW, Honda, Audi) and 50% of my experiences were surprisingly poor. In 2014, some sales managers still talked to a man in the couple even though it was clearly identified to them that it was a woman (me) buying a car. Not so in this place.

At Maple Honda, they have a great facility, cafeteria, playroom for kids, and knowledgeable staff. Thanks, Amar, once again for this buying experience.

Today was my first time at Maple Honda and my experience was amazing. I had to bring my CR-V in for a recall which I wasn't too sure about and Kevin Bechu as my service advisor explained it all to me and all the steps that needed to be taken.

While waiting for my car to be serviced I was given a card to get complimentary pizza and ice cream at the cafe which was a pleasant surprise and made the wait time go by very quickly.

Once I was given my car back I was also given a complimentary car wash and the service was done free of charge. I highly recommend Maple Honda as a dealership and Kevin Bechu as a service advisor with great customer service skills. I will definitely be coming to this location again for my next service.

I was searching for a car that I liked for months in my home city but had no luck. Decided to make the trip up to Vaughan to visit this location and was not disappointed. Raff was an amazing person to work with. He found me the car that I wanted (a 2016 Honda Civic specifically in white) promptly. Since I received the car, he has always made himself available to answer any questions and concerns that I have which is really appreciated. I would 10/10 recommend this location and specifically Raff if you're looking for a used Honda!

After having a terrible experience at another Honda dealership (I won't name it, but I will say it is in Brampton) I was very hesitant on coming in to another one when I was looking to buy my first new car. We had an amazing experience at Maple Honda. I took my dad into the dealership just to browse and see what would catch his attention. He previously had a Honda and felt confidence in this brand.

I recently ran into car trouble while visiting Toronto from Ottawa. The closest Honda dealership was Maple Honda. My experience with the Service Department was above and beyond any expectations I could have imagined and have ever experienced at any delership. I was greeted by Sal Qaqish with repsect and a genuine concern to solve my problem as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible. If Honda Canada recognises their personnel for outstanding commitment to service, Sal is very deserving of this recognition. He was informative and caring and took me into the garage to meet and talk to Jay, the mechanic who was working on my car. Together we discussed the best approach to ensure my car would be safe to drive that same day and ensured that I understood what they were proposing. I recently purchased a 2018 pre-owned Honda Civic from Ray Mehta. He is the best car salesman that I have dealt with, absolutely true to his word and honest. He made the entire experience very pleasant and relaxing. No hidden surprises. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

I am a proud owner of a new Honda Civic and this comes as a result of the fantastic job Ray Mehta did by educating and informing me for all features, finding the model and color that I liked, explaining the process in detail and helping me in the decision making process to overcome certain hurdles.

Something that it was out of Ray;s control was the very low price of my 9 year old accord that was still in a very good shape. Was serviced all the time by Maple Honda and I always followed service recommendations. That left s bad taste of the dealership being cheap and trying to squeeze every possible dollar from the customers.

The reason why I din't try to sell it myself is that has become more and more difficult to do the papers and formalities. We gave a Yaris 2006 as a present to a cousin and we had to pay almost 1,000 CAD to get the certificate.

I will try to forget the bad taste of the Accord buy back and enjoy my new beautiful white Civic coupe. Thank you Ray for making this happen.

I never "Mehta" man quite like Ray Mehta. He is truly a "Ray" of sunshine. Seriously though, such a courteous and respectful individual who actually listens to what a perspective buyer is looking for. He understood what we were looking for in a vehicle and provided us with the best options at the price range we were looking for. In the end the Odyssey we purchased was actually higher than our original budget but it was too good to pass up. Overall great experience and a large part of this is due to Ray!!
