Maple Honda made my first new vehicle purchase easy and stress free. After visiting 3 other Honda dealerships, I found Amar Sohi to be a genuine and trustworthy Sales Representative. Zayn Nauman was also a patient and transparent Business Manager.

Amar understood that customers, like myself, know what we want and are well-equipped with online research. So, Amar did not try to sell me a car but instead listened to my needs and answered my questions.

I found the negotiation process was fair and straight forward, compared to other dealers. Amar was empowered to discuss pricing independently so there was no back and forth or hidden back room conversations. Additional costs and fees were bundled in a sum total but was also itemized and explained. I also appreciated that Amar did not pester me with frequent follow-ups after our first meeting. Amar respected my timelines and let me set the pace in terms of signing and delivery.

Zayn was equally as patient and courteous during the final stages of the sale. He did not rush me through the paper work and allowed me ample time to read through the documents. Like Amar, Zayn did not push additional services like extended warranties or protection packages. The options were presented to me without guilt or pressure.

Overall, my experience with Maple Honda exceeded my expectations and I am now a proud owner of a new 2016 Honda Civic Touring Sedan. I would highly recommend others to consider Maple Honda during their car search.

Took our 2016 Odyssey in last May to get the summer tires swapped back on. Driving home, my wife noticed a pronounced shake to the steering wheel. Upon returning to the dealership, we found out that NONE of the tires had been balanced. The service technician was nice enough about it. They even offered us a free oil change to make up for the error, but our trust is gone. Heading to Number 7 Honda now.

Ray was very helpful in assisting with whether we should lease or finance the car. He put all the options and outcomes of each to assist me in picking the right choice. He was also very nice I made a new friend that I didn t have before I went inside the dealership. My dad and I came into Honda to look for cars and we were greeted by a salesman named Mark Hanna. He was extremely friendly, took the time to ask questions about what we wanted, explained pricing details to us, and did not try to upsell anything. Based on what we wanted he lead us to the appropriate models and features within our price range. I especially liked how he sat us down to go through the leasing and financing options. He even extended his contact information to reach him at anytime. Based on our time with Mark we bought two vehicles and are very happy with our purchase and experience.

Where can I begin, totally love the dealership. Had a great time when purchasing my 17 Accord. very happy with the professionalism, courtesy and decency of this dealership. To be specific Raffael had unforgettable service. He was very relatable, and respectful, not the usual traits you would find in a car sales man. I was supposed to buy a pre-owned vehicle promised to me and was told to come on Saturday. On my way there they called and cancelled because the sales rep " left early with the key ". They said come Monday. I called Monday and i got 2 different stories. One person said a wholesaler might buy the vehicle and they have priority over me if they come. When i went in, they said that a employee had bought the vehicle. Either way terrible service.

I had a great first car buying experience at Maple Honda. My salesperson, Amar Sohi, was very patient and helped me decide between an Accord or a CRV. He even put my up with my flip-flopping between the red or blue colour options. I decided to go for the Accord which I had to order. The dealership was great in keeping me posted on when my red 2016 Honda Accord would arrive and put up with me coming in every so often to enquire about its status. There was a minor issue when I picked up the car but Amar and the Service Manager took care of it promptly. Post purchase care was also great; Amar helped and looked into an issue that I had with Android Auto. I really wanted to test drive a 2016 Civic with the 1.5l turbo which was not around when I purchased my Accord. When it came time for me to pick up my new car Amar picked me up in 2016 Civic and let me drive it back to the dealership. I am a hard to please customer and I must say that I am very pleased with my over all experience.

Always smiling and ready to answer our questions. As you know your vehicle is your life in every ways and you want to make sure safety is intact. Saliba have been helping me since last so many years. I have been going at this location almost last 6 years. Last year one day before my PI road trip I realised I want to bring my Van not my other vehicle . I was so nervous that its a last min and I won't get an appointment but Saliba made it happen and we enjoyed bringing our Van along with us. That made our journey beautiful. Been to Maple Honda many times for oil changes etc. Had originally purchased my car from there two years ago from John...amazing salesman by the way. This week I went into Maple Honda as an emergency because my Honda Accord wasn t starting at all times. I had to always jumpstart it and was giving me problems. Had the pleasure of being helped by Sal at service. Recommended a new battery after he did the test...I was only there for half an hour. Sal was awesome and helpful. 10/10 recommend after this service.

Had a scheduled maintenance appointment at Maple Honda where service advisor, Kevin Bechu, and technician, Adrian Trieu, helped me with my car. They were honest and upfront and made it a great experience with their friendliness! Amazing service! this was my first time being at Maple Honda, I had a part installed and oil change for my 2010 Honda Civic and Sal in service was very helpful, he arranged a ride for me after dropping my car and at the pickup too, he was very approachable, understanding and very quick. Also, at the checkout Sumerina was very friendly and helped me checkout and complete the paper-work very quickly.

Rarely do I take the time out to write a review but this one is well deserved.
Maple Honda customer service exceeded my expectations without a doubt.
They are a 30 minute drive from my home but after reading other positive reviews I felt it was worth giving a try. Saliba Qaqish was the Service Advisor who took care of me as soon as I arrived. He listened to everything I had to say about my car, any issues and carefully wrote down all details. I never felt rushed and he was genuinely interested in helping.
He spoke with his manager Les Parsons, explained all the details and called me to give me the good news!
I was truly surprised and very happy at what they were both able to do for me. I decided at that moment that not only will they continue to receive my business but also my daughter's. I want her to bring her Honda there knowing that they will take good care of her car and give her good, honest and reliable service.

My wife and I were referred to Ray Mehta by a very close friend of hers, who was also looking into buying a car. I was absolutely blown away by how polite, honest and up front he was through the whole process. Emad Kandan was very kind, helpful and considerate. He reviewed the service history of my car thoroughly, helped me decide which services my car needed, and offered me a good deal. Shuttle services was not on site so he booked an Uber for me to get to home and return to Honda in a timely manner.

We went into Maple Honda on our way back from Wonderland and were looking for roof racks. Seng Tang was the Parts Consultant who looked after our requirements and provided both competitive rates and good service. We went ahead and bought the roof racks. The service provided to us by Seng Tang also prompted us to buy winter tires, rims and TPMS, he also got the service department to install the roof rack and tire at Maple Honda. Though we leave in Mississauga and have Honda dealerships here too, we opted for Maple Honda because of Seng's service.

I recently purchased a 2020 Civic at Maple Honda. I was pleased with the entire team at Maple Honda however, Abdul Alamgir stood out. Abdul, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgable, trustworthy and caring. I hope Abdul remains with Maple Honda for a long time. Once my lease is up, I will simply email Abdul and have him set me up with another vehicle. I have been searching for a car salesperson that I trust for a long time. I no longer have to search.
