Went in and immediately felt unwelcome and no one came to attend to us. I am a young lad but had all the intentions to purchase a vehicle. I went next door to Honda and the experience was excellent. To be properly treated u would need to look good and look like u have money in Maple Acura. Highly disappointed, more importantly they lost a customer. Will never look twice in coming to Maple Acura.

Traded my 2017 Civic Touring in for a 2018 TLX A-Spec and I couldn't be happier.

The customer service from start to finish was exceptional. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and took his time showing me every feature of the car. He had an answer to every question I had and he took his time. The manager was also very welcoming and attentive.

Terrible customer service !!! No fairness, no hone...

Terrible customer service !!! No fairness, no honesty. One was the lowest mark but with me personally they scored a minus.

A couple months ago, I found a used Lexus online selling this vehicle from Maple Acura. The pictures were great. The sales person explained to me that this was a trade-in from a customer he knew and the car was in excellent shape. He assured me that Acura checks it s used cars with great care before they put them up for sale. And that I have nothing to worry about. Except a few scratches on one of the rims and a few stone chips on the hood. Awesome, seems great thus far.

Then I physically arrived at the dealership to pick up the car and the first words out of the sales person s mouth were that I am so lucky to be dealing with a reputable dealer that has excellent customer service..... I felt super comfortable and happy. So after signing the paperwork giving away the deposit getting into the car only to find that the infotainment screen for the navigation, media, the heating and air-conditioning is cracked. Wow, a bit of a disappointment but why do I have to worry about I have excellent customer service coming from a, reputable Acura dealer that has excellent customer service.... right... no wrong.
What happened to the 7000 point inspection and thorough check of the vehicle that I was assured I m getting?

Normally, I would walk away from the deal but I drove four hours to Toronto and caught a ride from a friend. I couldn t leave the car behind and cancel the deal.

The sales person was somewhat cooperating and concerned but the general manager, Paulo Gomes, was a real you know what. He was willing to do nothing. Unbelievable. A $2700 repair that is not reported from a reputable car dealer that promise you normality but this is not normal. This is not a $300 missed repair. So shortly, after we got the car the screen started to flicker, changing colours, and now you can barely see it because the colour is fading.

High score on Google. Maybe it s easier for them to uphold and deliver this so called customer service when selling a brand new car without any potential issues. But, when it comes to a used car they fail miserably. The least they could ve said was there is a problem with the screen in the ad online and selling the car in that condition the way it is. Like I said before, nothing was said.

I guess they were expecting me not to notice the damage and drive away with the broken screen. Then they will simply would have blame it on me for the broken screen after getting home with it.
A very honest bunch.

Do not buy any used cars from them.

Maple Acura is an amazing dealership to go to. They hear the problem, do proper diagnosis and fix them if required. I would recommend this service center for Acura owners.The service staff are extremely professional and plentiful to deal with, the technicians always do a great job, and everyone in the service department takes care of my needs and makes sure I have a pleasant visit. My most recent visit, Rajiv Persaud the Service Manager went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my 2013 Acura TSX. I consistently have a great experience with the service department at Maple Acura. I highly recommend it!

My boyfriend's parents just purchased a brand new 2016 Acura MDX from Maple Acura, with George Zakrochkine. We had a wonderful experience throughout our visits. George was very knowledgable and helpful even though my boyfriend's parents didn't understand much English . He was very patient and thorough when explaining details of the vehicle and providing us with the information that we wanted. He wasn't pushy and made us feel very comfortable and not pressured into buying. He definitely went out of his way to make my boyfriend's parents very satisfied. I was very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Everyone from the reception, to the sales staff and the credit manager are all professional and care about the client experience. They put the client and their needs first. I got the privilege to be assisted by Eric. He made an amazing first impression and knows his vehicle knowledge. He went into great detail anbout every little spec about the vehicle I wanted. He covered the entire vehicle from the outside and inside. He took the time to answer any specific questions I asked. He let me take the vehicle I wanted for a test drive. Ultimitaly he was able to support what I wanted and we were able to make a deal. Everything went smooth in terms of the deal, paper work and the overall client service he provided me with. I will be returning here to get my vehicle serviced. I also look forward to doing business in the future with Eric. He provided something that is pretty hard to find when it comes to car shopping. He made it a pleasant experience for. I will also be referring my family and friends to Eric.

I recently leased a 2020 Acura ILX Premium from Eric Truong at Maple Acura. This is my second car purchase at any dealership and Maple Acura by far has been the easiest and best service that I have ever experienced! We knew what type of car we wanted but with the help of Eric, we were able to narrow down which model type was best for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars and knows what he s talking about. We did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. I really appreciated how he took the time to help us understand the difference between the model types and what is included. Gave details and explained the different features so that we understood what we felt would be important to us in a car. Eric was patient and answered all of our questions/concerns. Their staff was friendly and helpful every time we came in. Simon in Parts helped with getting our winter tires for the car. Darya in Financial Services was very patient and helped me to understand what the next steps were when getting approval for leasing.

Overall my experience with Maple Acura has been fantastic! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Eric s expertise and patience, it really helped us in finding the right car that meets our needs. I am looking forward to enjoying my car for the next couple of years but also will be coming back to lease my next car with Eric/Maple Acura as well.

I leased a 2020 Acura TLX from Eric at Maple Acura. I have to say this is the best/easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles he sells and he takes the time to explain each feature to you in detail. He even took the time to introduce us to the service staff so we'd know who to talk to and what to do when we bring in our car for service. He's very patient answering any questions/concerns you have. At no point did we ever feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Best of all, he has a very pleasant and accommodating demeanour throughout.

I would 100 percent recommend my family and friends to visit Eric and Maple Acura when purchasing their next vehicle and I'm personally looking forward to leasing my next vehicle with Eric.

I was in need of a Drive Clean Emissions Test and ...

I was in need of a Drive Clean Emissions Test and since my regular dealership no longer performed that service, I searched for something in my area. I called a local dealership, Maple Toyota, because that's the make of my vehicle and they too no longer perform that service BUT they were nice enough to pass on the fact that another automall dealership, Maple Acura, would be able to help me. I called Maple Acura and spoke with Domenic Pipia in Service and he told me to come on in and that they'd take care of me. I drove in the next morning, was greeted by Domenic in person this time, he completed all the paperwork, asked that I relax in the waiting area, and before I could finish my coffee and do some Google searches on my iPad, he walked right up to me and said "We're all done, and thank you for coming to our service department".
I'm so used to waiting around for long periods of time in dealership service areas that I was shocked to be already on my way home. I just wanted to add that the Service Area was modern, very clean, and even though I don't own an Acura, I felt as "taken care of" as if I had bought my vehicle from Maple Acura! Thank you, Domenic Pipia, for your service today, it was very well received!!

We purchased a new 2019 Acura ADX and Edmond Lau was assisting us. He is friendly, helpful and more than anything...very patient. My sister is limited with her English but he spent almost an hour to explain all the options in the car and made sure she get it. He is so easy to talk to and willing to help if he can. Just picked up our 2017 Acura RDX from the dealership. My wife and I are expecting and we would like to really thank you Sal and Michael for working with us despite our budget constraints and getting us into this vehicle. If you are looking for a car, I would strongly recommend working with this dealership.

First, about, Sal. He is extremely professional, caring, honest and you feel safe talking to him. My wife and I visited numerous dealerships, but when we met Sal, we really really wanted to work with him and buy our first car as couple from him. So a big check mark to that goal. Second, despite our budget constraints, he made us feel safe and worked with us to get a great price for a great vehicle.

Second, the entire team is courteous and professional. Whether it Ashley at the reception, who welcomes you while ensuring that everyone is following the COVID protocols, whether it is Michael who worked with Sal to approve the deal, or Darya, who offered the various options and allowed us to decline some while picking others without any pressure.

Third, the process is extremely transparent and all information was shared upfront. CarFax report, service history, any damage etc.

My wife and I are excited about our purchase and are grateful to Sal and the Maple Acura team for what turned out to be a really pleasant car purchasing experience.

Just bought a car from their pre-owned inventory. They're not into sales pitch BS. They definitely understand that being nice to their customers and giving them a good deal will only win their loyalty.
Eric took his time to explain everything about the car, even the minor scuffs that I would have missed had I inspected it myself. Honesty goes a long way! I'm definitely going back for servicing my car, and for buying my next Acura!

My husband and I were looking into getting a new v...

My husband and I were looking into getting a new vehicle to lease. We have tried different brand dealership but we did not get the same kind of service we had here at Maple Acura! We felt special as well as Vince (Sales Manager) was the one who dealt with us. He was awesome, he walked us through leasing and what options we had. He played around terms, $$ and kms to get us into our budget. He was also very practical and helped us realize what we need and what we do not need for the sale. We asked him to go back and forth and show us the differences between RDX and MDX but did not sense any impatience nor heard any complaints from him. He also gave us a few "freebies" into our package just to make us extra happy :D -- Gurpreet also helped us and unlike any other sales person in his case, financial manager, he showed us what additional packages/services we could add. Similar to Vince, he showed us what was practical and what was not to get. However when we opted out on them, he respected our decision without additional questions like "why aren't you getting it?" etc. He never made us feel like we "must" buy, but simply gave us the option to purchase IF we wished to have them but respected us if we didn't want any. And that was a very good experience as well. --- Lastly, we also had the pleasure to meet George. He was the one who turned over our keys, paperwork and walked us through our new RDX =).. George was fantastic, he knew what he was doing, if we had questions he knew what to say without hesitating. He also made sure to pause here and there to make sure we understood. Overall, everyone at Maple Acura is awesome! If you guys are looking into purchasing, leasing or trade in, this is the place to be! We will also continue to recommend Maple Acura to our family and friends. Thank you for the wonderful service!

This dealership has been the best dealership I've gone to in terms of professionalism, friendliness, and being the most accommodating. Eric and Henry were our main contacts and they were not pushy at all, but understanding and gave us the best possible deal for our 2019 RDX. I had just given birth so driving was not possible but Eric was kind enough to give us a ride to the dealership to pick up our car. Upon arrival he gave us another detailed rundown of the car and surprised us with a little gift for our newborn. I highly recommend this place!

I am not the type of person who likes looking for ...

I am not the type of person who likes looking for cars, test driving cars or buying cars however this experience has been the best I ever had. The people at Maple Acura were not pushy or forceful in any way, they gave my husband and I space to make the decision we needed to make and as a result we are very happy. A special thanks to Flavio for his great service, experience and most of all patience with us. I would definitely recommend Maple Acura to anyone thinking of buying a great reliable car

Just had my 2018 TLX Serviced and Had to share my experience. Maple Acura is truly One of the Best Acura Stores when it comes to customer service, promise times and quality of work. My Wife dropped off the vehicle and was told it will be ready in 3 hrs and it was. All the work was done as requested. The car came out Cleaned inside and out looking like brand new.Thank you Maple Acura for Looking after us we appreciate it.

My wife and I were looking for an RDX. My main contact person was Eric. He was an amazing sales person, he did everything he could to get us the deal we were looking for and also gave us a very detailed tour of the car during our drive. Maple Acura has gone above and beyond their requirements in customer service. First of all I would like to thank the Service Manager Rajiv and the General Manager Paolo.(Forgive my Spelling) This dealership really represents the brand of Acura with nothing but comfort, leasure and commoratary. I had car issues with my Acura because a previous body shop had done poor repairs. NEVER before have I had a problem with my Acura the car ran beautiful and quiet frankly it is my favourite brand. After bringing it in to Acura explaining my situation the mechanics in service are exceptionally good at their jobs and work very time efficient and even the kind front house staff went beyond their duties to make your stay comfortable and welcoming.

I scheduled an appointment to have my 13 Acura TL...

I scheduled an appointment to have my 13 Acura TL SH-AWD(Automatic) in to diagnose any transmission issues, as the car was still under the 100,000 KM Power-train factory warranty.

Rajiv Persaud, the Service Manager recommended we perform a Transmission flush to see if it would alleviate any jerky shifting in the transmission.

I had to pay for this transmission fluid drain/fill(~100$), and yet it didn't seem to cause any improvement in gear shifting.

I brought the vehicle in again to perform some computer diagnostic test to check the transmission shifting (for any torque converter issues).
I was then notified that according to a Service Bulletin, they would have to perform a 3x ATF transmission flush on their cost. So i was initially charged about 100$ for the transmission flush which they should have covered to begin with!
Now i realize i've been cheated out of 100$ because the service Bulletin was issued in September of 2016 !!!
The service manager( Rajiv) claimed he was not aware of this "Service Bulletin"
What kind of "SERVICE MANAGER" Doesn't know about a SERVICE BULLETIN that was issued a year previously?
Rajiv offered a "credit" for the previous money i spent on the transmission flush. No refund, just in store credit.

Their creditability as a Service department was already tarnished due to the dishonesty of the Service department & managers.

I received my car later that day, after the transmission diagnostic testing was completed.

The dealership performed a "Complimentary hand-car wash".

I noticed upon inspection of my vehicle after receiving it from the service department, that my Windshield had many large scratches running vertically all across the windshield.
The scratches were on the outside of the windshield, and were deep scratches that my fingernail would get stuck in.

I complained of the damaged windshield, and was offered a replacement windshield for the low cost of ~$900!! Paulo Gomes, General Manager offered to pay about 300$ of this windshield cost( total cost ~ 1200) which they damaged in first place. What a freaking insult ontop of already damaging my windshield which is a safety concern as the visibility was affected by the large scratches.

The general manager & Service Manager ( Rajiv) claimed that the scratches could have happened " ANYWHERE" yet they were clearly visible only after servicing at this Acura Dealership

I just recently purchased my first car with the gentleman by the name of Eric Truong. I got the ILX A-Spec in dark grey. He was an amazing sales representative! Coming in I was very scared, but was soon greeted with a warm smile. When we sat down to discuss my like s and dislike s, he was even nice enough to pull out the chair for me (even my own boyfriend doesn t do that haha). He explained to me my options, worked within my budget, and got to test drive a few cars to see the difference between the ILX and TLX. Eric seemed to be very well educated on what he s selling and knew how to read my body language. At times he would stop to make small talks and jokes with me because he knew I was getting a little overwhelmed. I was very amazed with the features on the ILX. I did not feel pressured at all into purchasing the car right away. He understood that I was a first time car buyer and extremely nervous. I have went to many other dealerships prior to this Acura location, and every salesman was very pushy. All they wanted was to make my money. I did not appreciate it at all. Although I didn t buy the car right away, Eric didn t mind. A month later I came back and sadly the color I wanted was all sold out and pretty much all ILX A-Spec s are gone. I then explained to him that I really loved that car. To my surprise, he was able to find the LAST one for me. It was all the way in Oakville. Without a doubt, I knew that car will be mine. He worked really hard to search down that car and get a really amazing deal for me. Not only was the car payments doable, but it was also UNDER my budget! How can I possibly pass up that deal? He made the process very smooth! He reassured me that he will handle most of the paperwork process so that I don t have to stress out. I would get daily updates about the car: when he will pick up the car, when he finally picked it up, the kms on the car, when my credit got approved and pictures of how it looks like. I really appreciate his hard work into finding me the perfect car! I couldn t have done it without his amazing assistance. I cannot wait to pick up my new baby this coming Tuesday! I m a very picky, tough to please and indecisive person, and to my relieve he was able to be a great help. If you want someone who will give you nothing but the best service and deal, I strongly recommend Eric! Fun, friendly and professional. He will do everything he can to make sure you walk out happy. He s passionate and confident in the cars he sells you. Thank you again Eric for everything! I really appreciate your hard work. I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday when I come and pick it up! They are one of the worse people I dealt with. Paul the general manager is not professional. He is very rude and does not compensate for the work employees they did. Acura cars are also very expensive in repair, and not a reliable car! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! If I could give them 0 stars I would have given them.
I was asked if I co-sign for my mother, she gets a discount and this does not appear in my credit. This was confirmed by 2 people other than me. The information was inaccurate and when I approached them to fix it they are asking to pay a new application. I complaint to Honda and they said contact the owner of the franchise. Regardless, Paul the manager was not professional, very abrupt and did not take responsibility for his staff action. I am going to reach out to owner. Aurora maple that we dealt in past were much much better.

My wife Michelle and I had a wonderful experience at Maple Acura. We worked closely with George Zakrochkine and his sales manager Paulo Gomes, throughout the entire process. I initially walked in to test drive an MDX a couple days before New Years and was greatly impressed by the vehicle and the meeting that followed. I had driven many other cars within the MDX range and found the Acura superior. A couple weeks later my wife Michelle visited Maple Acura for a test drive of both the MDX and RDX. We went back to Maple Acura another three or four times to drive both cars, meet with George and "crunch the numbers". On each occasion George was incredibly patient, professional and present to our needs and questions. He worked with us to create a vehicle and package that fit our family and our budget. We just picked up our new blue 2019 RDX Elite from Maple Acura and could not be happier. As Maple Acura is a little far from home, it wasn't our first dealership choice when shopping for a new car. However, our Son and Daughter-in-Law have always recommended their local Sales Rep (now recently promoted to a Manager but still humble as ever), Michael Yang, who always treats them like family. They also commend the dealership as a whole from the friendly Reception Team, Service/Parts Team, all the way to the General Manager, Paulo Gomes who even takes the time to come out and personally say hi to his customers, which is a rare attribute in the car dealership industry. Based on my experiences from being greeted by Michael, Paulo and other staff, the fair trade-in, seamless pricing and paperwork, and delivery, it was well-worth the commute. Also helps that the new RDX has been fantastic living up to the hype and the additional installed accessories [roof rack, rails, running boards, 3M film, tint etc] look fantastic as well. I recently purchased my first Acura ILX from Maple Acura and I must say I am very pleased with the overall experience and most importantly the sales guy.
I had the most wonderful experience with my sales guy. I found him to be really honest, very forthcoming with superb client service skills. He took the time to answer all my many emails and questions with great clarity (and I had lots)
Flavio Gomes was extremely helpful in helping me to decide on making the decision to purchase with Maple Acura. Everyone at the dealership was very warm and very friendly but Flavio did great in making my car buying experience a great one.

Every time we have a great experience at the dealership. Everything is explained on what needs to be done, we are told how long we have to wait. They do everything in a timely manner and let you know approximately when they are going to be done, they will take you home or to a mall while you are waiting. Rachel Huntley is great at explaining what needs to be done. Service is amazing.

My hubby and I have visited some of Acura dealerships to buy 2010 MDX lately, Michael Yang in Maple Acura was the best dealer we have ever met. He was just so kind with great maner and considered of customers. We had trips to North york acura right before Maple acura,
the major reason we left there after visiting two times was the dealer was rude and the price was not reasonable. It was very uncomfortable and bad experience after visiting two times northyork acura! So we decided if we didn't get any good experience when we visited Maple one, we would not buy MDX. But after we spoke to Michael Yang, everything is so comfortable and we could trust him, so we made a puchase and just picked up 2010 MDX a week ago. Every steps went so smooth and easy.
We do recommend Michael Yang if you want to buy a great car with happy smile.
We are impressed his attitude at customers. Absolutely, he gave us reasonable price with perfect knowledge of MDX.
We will ask Michael if he moves to other dealership, please let us know, so we can go there for next purchase.

This was my first experience with Acura dealership. The experience was very good, the staff is very polite and friendly. The sales person George was very nice and professional. He spent time to walk me through the features inside of the Toyota Highlander car. George Zakrochkine and the team at Maple Acura are awesome. George is a great salesperson, with a no pressure approach, very knowledgeable, and just a great person to deal with. I walked into the dealership on Jan 31st, 2015 - looking around and George was the first to approach and just walked me through all the features and took me on a test drive. I eventually purchased the all new 2015 Acura TLX that day. Overall a great experience from the first moment I walked in to driving my new vehicle off the lot. We went to Maple Acura to look at a specific vehicle and Sal helped us out. He s a great guy who is straight forward and easy to deal with, and we walked out shortly afterwards having bought the car that we wanted after a test drive and some chatting.

My experience has not been good so far. I bought a TLX 2018 and it doesn't even come with a spare tire. I got a flat tire the other day so I used the roadside assistance they brought the car back to the dealership. This has cost a huge inconvenience for me because the car doesn't come with a spare and the Maple Acura refuse to give me one so now I can't even go to work until the new tires I bought are ready which is ridiculous. For all the inconvenience Maple Acura didn't even offer me a rental to use for a few days until I can get my new tires. Sadly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend getting a car there.
