I am an employee who works hard to make sure clients are serviced timely. The complaint on here is not warranted as far as I know.

Greg Brouillet was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable with the requirements necessary to sell off a parcel of my property. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a surveyor.

I've been working with Michael Walther of Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele, P.C. on a site plan for my new home as well as a Health Department Application for a new septic system, well and many aspects of engineering needed for my project. Mike has been so helpful answering questions and advise. He is always available and always follows up.

I have been working at BBV since 2006. Frank Bonacci, Greg Brouillet and Mike Marinis have been great people to work for and work with. Everybody here puts in their best effort to generate the highest quality work we can.

We know a few people from the team at BBV and they are not only great networkers but they are sincere and overall genuine people. They have been proven to excel in their work as well!

I used BBV for a title survey on my house and they did an excellent job, the customer support was fantastic!

Doing a empty home survey, while in front of my house throws wrapper of something put in his mouth on my lawn..Not good. I would not use them just for that. Litter in your own hood sir!

Make sure you keep a copy of your survey (no matter how long ago you had it done). This copany is a rip off! I called to get a copy of the survey that I know they have on file and they refused to give it to me. Gave me a million excuses as to why they wanted me to had it done again.....smh for like $600 and a 2 week turn around.

The representative "Lisa" was very short and impatient, however quick o reply by email. Seriously whats the point of being in business if you can not access the product (survey).

Good Luck if you are using this company. Perhaps you will have a better experience than me.
