We just picked up our new blue 2019 RDX Elite from Maple Acura and could not be happier. As Maple Acura is a little far from home, it wasn't our first dealership choice when shopping for a new car. However, our Son and Daughter-in-Law have always recommended their local Sales Rep (now recently promoted to a Manager but still humble as ever), Michael Yang, who always treats them like family. They also commend the dealership as a whole from the friendly Reception Team, Service/Parts Team, all the way to the General Manager, Paulo Gomes who even takes the time to come out and personally say hi to his customers, which is a rare attribute in the car dealership industry. Based on my experiences from being greeted by Michael, Paulo and other staff, the fair trade-in, seamless pricing and paperwork, and delivery, it was well-worth the commute. Also helps that the new RDX has been fantastic living up to the hype and the additional installed accessories [roof rack, rails, running boards, 3M film, tint etc] look fantastic as well.
