I was in need of a Drive Clean Emissions Test and ...

I was in need of a Drive Clean Emissions Test and since my regular dealership no longer performed that service, I searched for something in my area. I called a local dealership, Maple Toyota, because that's the make of my vehicle and they too no longer perform that service BUT they were nice enough to pass on the fact that another automall dealership, Maple Acura, would be able to help me. I called Maple Acura and spoke with Domenic Pipia in Service and he told me to come on in and that they'd take care of me. I drove in the next morning, was greeted by Domenic in person this time, he completed all the paperwork, asked that I relax in the waiting area, and before I could finish my coffee and do some Google searches on my iPad, he walked right up to me and said "We're all done, and thank you for coming to our service department".
I'm so used to waiting around for long periods of time in dealership service areas that I was shocked to be already on my way home. I just wanted to add that the Service Area was modern, very clean, and even though I don't own an Acura, I felt as "taken care of" as if I had bought my vehicle from Maple Acura! Thank you, Domenic Pipia, for your service today, it was very well received!!
