The first entry was immediately welcomed, but the cashier who served was less tasty, the service was ... the elevator was also quite complicated because it had to be carded, for a fairly expensive price just stayed a few hours it was less recommended with its service. Cashier (July 1, 2019) made a minus in my eyes.

A 5-star hotel that in my opinion is very ordinary ... From the outside it looks normal ... the rooms are just ordinary ... And the swimming pool even though the infinity pool on the 8th floor is very ordinary not so wide and not up to 150m ... The pool side also looks very unkempt and unattractive ... Breakfast is not very varied for 5-star hotel classes ... kids can't enjoy breakfast well because the menu is very limited and it doesn't taste good in my opinion ...

This hotel is bad ... I want to book again, think again.
When I stayed, hot water from a cloudy shower. The breakfast is not much choice, TV and room are good (spots). Add the deposit almost to the price of a room. Pretty much in Manhattan.

My husband and I stayed at the Manhattan Hotel from January 1 - 3, 2021.

We had a VERY unpleasant experience while staying there, namely:
1. Have to wait for check-in for +/- 3 hours due to long queues and after getting a room, we still have to wait for the house keeping staff to clean the room.
2. The bed sheet is stained / not clean and smells musty on the first night of stay
3. The bed mattress, even though the King Koil brand is not good, maybe because it is old, it can be seen from the yellowing color of the mattress.
4. No hot water for showering. Only lukewarm at most.
5. The bath tub is dirty so it must be cleaned before use and it also leaks.
6. When we needed a connector for electricity on the first day, we were promised to loan it but until we checked out, it was never provided.
7. TV channels are not clear even though Cable TV.
8. Wifi connection is slow.
9. On the second day of our stay, we had some business going out. Before leaving the room, we had contacted the House Keeping to clean the room and replace the musty-smelling sheets. WHEN WE WERE BACK 5 HOURS LATER, THE ROOM CONDITION IS STILL THE SAME AS WHEN WE LEAVE. The new house keeping came 20 minutes later, even then after I went down to Reception to complain.
10. When cleaning the room, the House Keeping Supervisor does not use a mask as a health protocol even though my husband has reminded him.
11. At breakfast on the third day, we had to clean the table ourselves because there were no employees who could help. After we asked, that day there were only 5 people on duty.
12. At the time of submitting a complaint on the second day, we were served by a person who claimed to be the On Duty Manager but if seen from his attitude he was not like the manager in general because our questions were mostly answered by the receptionist who participated in the poll. He ONLY apologized and that was all we got until we checked out the next day and met the On Duty Manager that day. Apologies for any inconvenience we have experienced.

We understand the current condition is a lot of employee savings. But when we checked in, we saw that almost all of them made bookings via travel agents / on line, meaning that we ordered beforehand, not walk-in. So the hotel should take it more into account. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service of the Bitntang 5 hotel but the standard of service was way below its star.
You should think again about staying there.

(-) ordinary buffet food (pay an extra 435 thousand CHARGE for a 6-year-old child the food is the same as the wedding reception buffet)
(-) many pool light cable connections
(-) Many ant rooms
(-) CHARGE for parking 10 thousand? Hotel guests cook pay parking boss ...? Hotels in Indonesia that I want are all free, except this hotel

Conclusion: many Charges lack Service.
Now in 2020, whether there have been improvements or not. Not recommended.

The lift is fast and relieved. Restaurant quite relieved. Varicourse maincourse is sufficient though it can still be added again. Appetizer and dessert complete enough though ga ice cream sprti in parklane. Additional hotel rooms are not measuring the same with a certain price. The interior also seems simple, maybe it can be improved with some wall hangings.

The place is comfortable, if you take a suite via the Pegi Pegi application it's cheap
A spacious suite with a shower and jacuzzi, a large mattress, a table and even a chair that can sleep
The service is also nice and friendly, I have checked in several times here and was served friendly and fast
All employees really help wheelchair-bound guests even at breakfast too, their employees help my friends who use wheelchairs, they want to go back and forth to serve my friend's requests and always ask what else they can help
Every stay is always given a welcome drink that can be taken at the bar that is not dark and facing the glass out, so we can while looking at the night from above
To move rooms is also easy, just to the front office and finish quickly

Stay on New Years Eve. Room fullbooked. Breakfast is divided into 2 resto on the 3rd and 5th floor.
The pool is small, it can't accommodate more than 20 people. Too narrow. So you can only play water.
The elevator is a bit rough stopping especially when it's full of people, it feels really good.

For the room, it's good (mars n venus). Clean. The equipment in the room is also good.
Even though it can be a smoking room, it doesn't smell of cigarette smoke.
In terms of food. Complete. There are western and eastern options.
What I like is the tenderloin rolled with scramble egg ...
