Big hotel with 5star, but the room need more impro...

Big hotel with 5star, but the room need more improvement housekeeping, breakfast variations is ok, but taste lil bit boring and bland.
During my stay the AC is working but have a leakage so the floor is flooded @5AM
Need better housekeeping
