Classy star hotel, friendly service and comfortable

I never paid attention to this hotel before because it looks like a bank from the outside. But I started to realize its existence when my dad came to town and stayed there. Overall, this hotel looks nice and clean. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant area was a bit hot, but it was a quiet afternoon. Maybe that's how the setting of their AC is during quiet times.

It's in the central of Indonesia i.e central Jakartha and the staffs,breakfast and services are excellent.

My favorite hotel and family when visiting Jakarta. Located in a brass area, if you are bored in a hotel you can just slide to the side there is a mall, only 200m. The place is clean and comfortable, there is a swimming pool also on the 8th floor which is exotic.

It looks like a successful hotel in its day.

Several years ago I was satisfied ... now I don't know because it was during the new year or how the service was not good. Dr. check-in hotel came at 14.00 but had to wait 90 minutes so I got a room at 15.30, because the room wasn't ready ... the room smells of cigarette smoke, the food is also lacking in taste. The disappointment paid off pretty well because at least my son had a favorite bath tub in his suites room.

I recommended this hotel to my sister's family in Singapore. My first reason that I had was that this hotel considered a new hotel in town and has a strategic location. It was completely wrong. When my sister's family checked in, they found that the room was so small. Reception staff were so rude. Many cockroaches all over the place (room). Its not safe to keep or put some food. We have tried to put some food on the desk, the next minutes we're back, there were few cockroaches came to the food.
Toilet floor is slippery, The desk did not have a drawer (what a joke..), Furniture looks old. The price is not worth compared to what we had.. Such a shame that I have recommended this hotel to my sister.
