The facilities are closed because of Covid 19..2 days of staying, the breakfast is not impressive ... the TV channel is broken
The room was okay, but the carpet looks old, and the glass on the window could really use a cleaning. I can't really enjoy the view because of that. But this hotel has great location, strategically located at kuningan which is the busiest business district in Jakarta. Surrounded by office buildings and shopping centres, food and attractions are easy to find.
Definitely very good hotel in CBD, courteous staff, room tariff is good but the Indian restaurant prices are more.
I really love my room when i stay there, the view is very good and I really love the bathroom with the jacuzzi in it. Its a clean place, the breast buffet is have many options and the food is delicious.

Two nights with family, strategic location, facilities ok, recommended
Yesterday for check-in takes a while ... dirty room, dirty quarter-down curtains. Even though the price is quite expensive. The good thing about this hotel is it's pretty good. Food is less varied. There is Indian food, because of one group with Sunlake.

Only give 3 stars because of its location. Room is standard and price is expensive. Breakfast is poor and too many indian selection.
Parking area at the basement is to dark, you've to use stairs to go the lobby. The front office staff is not friendly at all. The lift card reader definitely needs a replacement. Room quite spacious though it's to dark, amenities is outdated, the spring bed is not comfort at all, cleanliness should be improved. WiFi works pretty okay, but you'll have to re-sign in every time you went out and get back into your room. Bathroom floor is slippery, towel need to be discarded. Food variety and quality absolutely should be improved. And I don't agree that this is a 5 star hotel. I definitely will not coming back to this hotel..

I stayed in the Manhattan suite. I was not happy with the bed design, the curtains could not be drawn open fully, the WiFi and mobile signal kept cutting off which was extremely frustrating and most inconvenient especially as I was visiting Jakarta on business. The TV was too small and too low. The swipe card rarely worked in the lift and I had to keep asking security for assistance. The food on the room service menu needs improvement. The staff at reception and the cashier were not very pleasing to deal with.

The hotel is located in the south of the city center. There is a lot of effort to welcome the European guest. And so you can feel comfortable here. Stay here, semalem. Outside the exterior is cool, looks like a new hotel, really cool. The interior of the lobby is pretty cool, the check-in process is pretty fast. Just love getting a smoking room, even though I insisted on asking for non smoking but it could be if I upgraded the room (extra 300k). Surprisingly, the smoking room smells too bad, too. Just mmg, the rooms are a bit outdated, very spacious, and tend to be dark. For those who like the models, then try here. So-so breakfast.
