Need some repairing on their wall, carpet and the most breakfast. 8 days stayed here and everyday served fried rice. Lucky I ordered from website because price is low, how about walk in with regular price and served everyday with fried rice? Need development

I have visited this hotel many times for business meeting. I have never unsatisfied for each visit.

This hotel is located perfectly in Jakarta. Just in the center and everything is sooo close to this hotel.

There are a lot of positive sides at this hotel. The facilities were just perfect. The pool, the gym it was just perfect. I will definitly come back for the location, the staff and the facilities.

The room was also perfect, I had a view of the skyline of Jakarta. It was like a scene in a movie, living the perfect life while watching it at night.

Like I said in the review up above, I will comeback to this hotel. After one year I went back. I booked a great room, I got a perfect room. The previous time I had a free upgrade, this time I got one as well. To a suit this time, it was too good to be true, the only thing this was true. With an hottub in the bathroom with cityview. Pffff.. the staff was really kind to me.

Definitly come back my next visit!

One of best hotel near Kuningan, South Jakarta. They have little swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. Very clean, comfort and wide room.

Really disappointed to stay here, I have paid quite expensive per night but the quality is not comparable. Don't want to stay here again, for such a price it's reasonable if we expect not only facilities but also good service. Very bad service for a hotel with such a budget, the receptionist is very cynical like not going through proper communication training, besides that many other staff look less professional, such as waiters who do not have a good manner when offering orders (speech and posture), until busy chatting near customers who are dining at the restaurant. Other drawbacks such as parking are told to pay, hotel maintenance is very lacking, when you just enter the room there is still dust on the table, and rusty toiletries. Many other hotels are even cheaper than this hotel but with better quality staff and facilities.

I reserved the Mars and Venus type room via the Traveloka application.
When you want to enter the courtyard, the hotel looks very ordinary, the parking lot is dim but the staff is friendly.
I got room 2602, a spacious room, with a city view that is really good at night.
TV facilities, small refrigerator, microwave, clothes storage cabinet plus a base for ironing clothes, and a drinking water heater.
In the bathroom there is a bath up, 2 sinks, sitting toilet, and shower.
Initially frankly I was a bit disappointed because the hot water was not working, but the housekeeper was alert to help after being called, so the problem was resolved.
There are not too many kinds of breakfast menu, maybe because it is still a pandemic. But, the presentation is good, because it's wrapping or you can ask the officer to get it for us.
Swimming pool facilities are only open from Friday to Sunday.
Overall this hotel is satisfying.

While hotel offers competitive rates, the room maintenance is below average, the bathroom maintenance is below average towards bad. Room did not even had a plug point to charge the laptop and phone. The one available was under the study table much below and out of reach. Food offering for breakfast is good. Food quality in the restaurant at level 36 is good.

Got this hotel at a great price also an upgrade from Exec.King Room to Mars & Venus Suite. Really enjoyed our staycation during pandemic. Room was dated yet It was spacious, comfortable bed, great city view, all amenities you would need plus more. Loved the bathtub with city view in the large bathroom. Great strategic location. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and hope to return after their renovation, use the pool and other facilities next time.
