(-) order non-smoking rooms, when checking in rooms are not available. If you want to order, you will be charged CHARGE
(-) ordinary buffet food (pay an extra 435 thousand CHARGE for a 6-year-old child the food is the same as the wedding reception buffet)

Conclusion: many Charges lack Service.
