Good hotel, central location, within walking distance of shopping malls (Kuningan City, Mal Ambassador) and close to Jakarta's business district's. Not maintained too well, rooms feel a bit grimy, pool water not clean, doorlock on the room not working properly

Manhattan hotel located at strategic cbd area in kuningan south Jakarta, plenty meeting rooms, nice staff

Close to shopping, business and government, relaxed and modern characteristics reaching out to the upper middle class.

The place is cozy just right out of the muacett building from morning to night and the motorcycle parking next to the Malaysian ambassador is cheap and safe than parking in expensive buildings

Don't stay, just between guests, try to live, can only comment on the lounge while hehe

Hotels especially for businessmen, since i didnt see many families when i had breakfast..
Room abit smelly, not from cigar, but humid-kind smell, amenities just so-so, i booked a 3 person room (1 queen bed, 1 single (a full one, not extra bed) and yet they provide only a pair of towels, sandals, tooth brush, compliment water, it was just like a normal 2 person room, so we have to call room service to get the other person's.. many stains in bed linen and so on the blind gorden.. the aircon got only 2 temp, a super cold and a fan quality wind blown..
Breakfast variety just nice..
Overall.. definetly wont goin back here again.. why 3 stars? cuz its just par with the price (IDR 1.3 mn), good bfast, nice location very near to kuningan city am ambassador mall.. if any less.. a 2 stars it is..

It's an old hotel, definitely not 5 star as advertised. AC in rooms don't work well, there are cockroaches and other bugs, shower tubs flood within 2 minutes and the elevators are struggle to use as the card reader does not work. I also came across some spoiled fruit at their breakfast. I called in the night before arriving and was hung up on 3 times between transfers after which someone told me I can check in at any time (asked specifically for 11). I came in at 11 and was told hotel was full and I would have to wait until 2pm. Has the potential to be nice hotel but just not well kept.
