No assistance by sales staff...I needed to search for 30 minutes to find someone in electronics...and then another 1hr spent in the queue...terrible experience at Makro ottery

Back after 8 years,got my Makro business card in 5 minutes with the business name on it ,then bought the Ryobi welder kit and a Addis tool box and is super nice and was marked down too. Back today bought 2x White 25kg suger and the store is just refreshing to walk in and have a great shopping experience and super professional staff and guys to help load whatever highly recommended and bottle store if you that people

A really super store with the widest array of goods and products, from groceries to stationery to household items to cameras to computers and other.

Initially only for traders they've adapted to the times and now general shoppers can also buy there, the only condition is to have a makro card.

Prices are extremely competitive and they have weekly specials. The only bummer is the wait when wanting to pay, but at times the lines move fast.

Ample secure parking with toilet facilities.

I'm a frequent visitor for almost one stop shopping and bulk buys

Makro deals is the most saving of money and time to shop and easy to access

There is a vast choice of products in a spacious environment. The staff is friendly and helpful to customers.

Makro great store I dropped two stars if your ll can look at your price variance within days apart the Bonnita Gouda 89 kg was item no 593346 was first R78 then R100.05 today 25 /11/2020 it's R103 the consumer one price deals for at least 2 weeks

Was very disatisfied customer, drove all the way to Makro and they were out if stock of what I was looking for

Like most of the Makro stores they have an extensive range of products. The salesman that I dealt with at power tools lacked product knowledge. There are specials advertised that he had no idea about.

Relatively easy to find the store, but would prefer bigger branch in Montague Gardens

Buying in bulk is true cheaper for household or business. Stockvel are encouraged.

Had so many deals weekly... items going for R100 in bulk. Wow. No need to worry about long lines...only one line "snake" to get into but a Macro lady is assisting with customers not to wait so long... Great space and locations with info where to find your items and big promotional materials and displays

The staff is ontop of everything and so eager to help. Even though they get hectic busy they make everything as smooth and efficient as possible

After spending an hour collecting my purchases, the payment (banking) services were offline. I had to abandon my shopping.

Comparing Milnerton Makro... There could be more space for maintenance involved, otherwise specials are great!

If the prices were not good I'd never go there. Watch out for those hysters and don't expect any sort of service excellence, it doesn't exist there

Great deals and specials running. Short que today, but prepare yourself for longer ones on the weekends. But what do you expect from a massive store like that, whilst it has super savings running.

Been waiting half hour for someone to help me with my query. It's terrible man. All I wanted to know if there is any Appletiser left since there is nothing on the shelves. A person said he would attend to it. I'm still waiting Just need an answer so I can know what to do next.

Vast range of products available, never had any trouble returning anything either. Queuing could be improved as it can get crazy over weekends

Got great service from two very friendly helpful assistants in the bike section. The manager was also very helpful.

Looking for Sunbeam table top dispenser. No stock. Got a msg from store to order online. No stock in WCape. Got Albex no flush. One of the workers were so helpful to get stock where the other worker said that there is no stock.

Very large retailer now owned by an American company we are informed (?) You'll be sure to find furniture and appliances at good prices plus clothing, shoes and groceries. To be avoided on busy days during festive season for instance. Rather visit on quieter days.

Very poor online collection department. They seriously need to make an effort to improve; there's so many successful e-retailers in Cape Town to learn from.
