Makro otter Review

The whole experience with Makro online has been nothing less than pathetic. From the time I could not enter my address due to an address validation mechanism that kept rejecting it, to the 2 week late, and still waiting delivery of my order. This company is stuck in the past and I will never order something online again from them. Takealot here we come!!!!

Large store with many options, especially in bulk. Went during the festive season so was very busy. A number of items weren't priced. Ensure you get your Makro card at the counter on your way in - you cannot purchase anything without it.

everything you need is available and more importantly the R100 monthly specials 5 or 6 items for as little as R100

I am very impressed with the service - arriving at paint department just before the shop closed I was met with some very helpful gentlemen. I said I could return the next day because I know they need to get home and was pleasantly surprised that they insisted and they were very patient whilst I decided on colours. Needless to say I will return for future paint purchases. Well done!!! And keep up tje good work.
