Makro Ottery did not have the product that I was looking for but I found their staff very helpful

Staff is never around to assist , store is always having these long ques .

Had everything you every needed. In bulk. Always forget that you can't get anything without a Makro card which makes me unreasonably frustrated.

The st please in town where u can get almost everything under the the sun from house hold use to the great out doors ................................ ... ..... ....when I say everything I mean u name it they have it

Found what l wanted at a good price and in an out in under 10 min.

Very efficient moving customers in and out of store, adhering to Covid19 Protocols. Friendly and helpful staff from the screening to the till, special care when it came to my elderly parents. Separate cue to the general public. In my Top 5 shopping experience's since lockdown began.

Don't go there for service but lots of savings in-store

All you can find from appliances to chocolates straight to the public. Makro has great deals all the time which has you going back for more!

Just not as friendly and well laid out as other Makro stores

Go there to buy a bale of toilet paper, eventually spend boat loads of cash.. Great store

An old store, but you can get just about anything there. Ample secure parking

Lots to buy. Great for bulk purchases and if you have ebucks you can use them to buy vouchers on the FNB app when applicable. East on a week day but the weekends can be busy.

Prompt service at customer service exchanges.. Keep it up

Very few staff understand what's going on and the door crew are far to aggressive and almost violent.

Was very friendly, I only hope that my online order gets here on the date advertise on the website the 26/17 and not later then that.

Firstly its too small. Staff don't care about their customers meaning by not allowing the customer to pass by before them. Not pleasant really.

Has a lot of items in stock, though buying individual items doesn't get you better prices than say Pick and Pay or Shoprite. Great for buying in bulk. Long queues most times I've gone there. Make sure to get a Makro card at the entrance if you don't already have one.

It feels like most other Makro's I've visited but I'm not a fan of the area it's based in... Edit: second time here and had a mixed bag... First sales rep was lazy and unhelpful. We were busy measuring and she walked off. Later we found her to place an order and she wandered off with someone she was chatting to do I found Westley, who not only helped but have me a discount on my purchase!

I can't complain. Bought so many appliances here at very good prices. However when it comes to TVs, there are slightly better deals elsewhere even though I purchased mine here at the best price (at that time). Good service here also. Employees are very helpful. Sometimes you need to get their attention but they know how to treat the customer.

Looked for something particular and couldn't find it..but the staff was very helpful. Told me exactly what I needed to know.

It's huge and has a variety of items on sale and their prices are good
