Very poor sales service. Placed an order over a month ago, and I've been given the run around since. I followed their ordering procedures, but it seems they have an incompetence, poor communication and uncaring problem. Taking my business elsewhere.

This is now the fourth time that I come to the store to be told they dont have stock of a chair that shows online is in stock.
The staff here is incompetent and rude, managers have no clue what they are doing.

This is more than a store. It is a megastore with everything besides cars and houses... they always have some type of sale on.
So much staff around that I think they are also for sale sometimes, I wonder if they can do washing.
If you can open a little bit earlier we would appreciate that thanks for excellent service of your staff

From london to new york is a pretty little spot within makro that has the tastiest boerewors rolls with an array of sauces
One cashier at the express till took very long because cashier couldn't scan a product from a customer. The line was ridiculously long and still no assistance for the cashier.
Standard Makro. On my visit they didn't have many tills open, and so it also had the standard long Makro queue.
Value for money on certain products, but do not have everything you are looking for at least for such a big retail store
Great place for bulk purchases, the staff are helpful when asked and it is quite well stocked. They also have a clothing range and a grocery section for every day shoppers.

The store was empty when i go there, however; not everythjng on the catalogue us in stock abd you are only allowed to buy what's in stock at the store. So to avoid sny disappointnents try to buy whatever it us you want online.

Employees are well attentive and helpful. You need to have the Makro card to purchase, but you can get one on time.
I cannot understand why their aisles is always blocked with unpacked stock and you always have to search for someone to help you.
It s easier to find a R200 note on the floor than finding a sales person. When you do, you soon wish you hadn t since they look like they don t really want to help you. Store always dirty and smells like a fishery. Avoid if at all possible.
