Absolutely worth the money. You'll be able to go under the falls between the US and Canada (the horseshoe), where the view is fascinating. It'll be a waste if you visit Niagara without taking this boat tour!

A must do if you visit Niagara. So much fun! Well worth the price. There was some stress because a lot of their card readers were down so the line to pay was long, but it was well worth it to feel the power of the falls like that. Next time I'm going to bring goggles, I almost lost a contact from all the spray.

We have done the Maid of the Mist from both the American and Canadian sides, before they changed on the Canadian side. It is basically the same experience and enjoy it each time we have done it. It is one of the highlights of our trips to the falls.

The boat and tour was amazing. Truly enjoyed the falls from the boat. The spray and the view was exhilarating. The 3 stars is because everything else apart from the boat tour needs a serious thinking through and overhaul. For a person in wheelchair or needing assistance there is no separate and easy accessibility to the boat. They have to go through the usual line. But they are allowed to be left in a queue at about midway on the observation deck and one person helping them has to go back to the end of the queue and come along it. When they folks are level, they are allowed to go together. Commendations to the folks who were directing the foot traffic. We came here in Aug when it was warm, I shudder to think how it feels in winter.
There are 4 elevators, but elevator#2 was not in service. This caused the return line to be a long long wait with nobody there to help along the line. The folks in wheelchairs and with strollers were lumped in the same line which made the 1-1.5 hours trip back up to be very uncomfortable. There were folks at the elevators who were ensuring the elevators weren't overcrowded. Commendations to them as well.
I'm not sure if I'll want to do this again with the current setup. If possible try the hornblower from the Canadian side. Things were a lot more smooth at that end from what I saw.

It was a good deal $38 for 5 main attractions plus unlimited Trolley. We really enjoyed this boat. It takes you to the heart of falls. Every trip on the trolley you get to hear from a guid about the places you are passing.

You have to go on the Maid of the Mist at least once in your life! The entire time we were here it was such a fun time. You get soaked but thats what makes it even more fun! Prices were reasonable, I actually thought they would be more, so that was a nice surprise. Definitely go on Maid of the Mist and go to Niagara Falls, great family activity!

Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. It is exhilarating, awe inspiring and thrilling. Get prepared to be wet but it is truly worth it. Make sure you choose to stand on the edge of the boat to get the best views.

We went on a tour with Bedore tour inc and loved the Maid of the Mist boat ride. We were given ponchos for the ride(don't put it on top soon because you will feel sweaty on a hot day too soon) which comes in handy because the waterfalls will soak you(I didn't use the poncho and got really wet).

I was able to get a bunch of good pictures and video from the bottom back of the boat. I would ride this again!

When you look at the waterfall, you should take a ride on the Maid of the Mist and get close to the waterfall. But the busiest is also this, you better go early, or it will take a lot of time to queue. If you want to shoot at close range, be sure to waterproof the camera.

First and all of all lol Jim was an excellent tour guide, very personable, intelligent and heard out all questions and answered best he could every time. The Falls themselves mesmerizing! The tour worth it and every spot we visited was awesome, I would and will bring back more family very soon!

Once a great man said, beauty lies in the eyes of the spectator and the perfect example would be Maid of the Mist Boat tour where we see the great Niagara falls dripping down from a high altitude. I have been to this tour about 5 to 6 times but everytime its a new experience and I'm always thrilled.

It was really fun. There were a lot of people so it was hard to get up front. I stayed on the left side at the bottom and then shifted to the right . I got really nice photos. I recommend getting a tour. We did Over the Falls tour. Worth every penny.

Loved it

It's boat ride everyone will remember for their life time.

Caters to all age groups, very courteous & helping staff.

Tickets are required to go for the boat ride & which are available at state park counters.

It's the only way for American side people to see the horse-shoe part of the falls & also the complete front view of American & Bridal Veil Falls.

At night it's beautifully lit up with different colors.

Elevators are there to go down to the boat.

Busy summer holiday Sunday. I went late, bought my ticket 5:45, almost no line. Was out in 1h15min, included boat tour, trip up the adjoining stairs and a visit of the observation deck.
Smooth process, quite well organised. Lack of signage at the entrance to park area, as there is a lot of construction work going on. Head to the Visitors Center, from there you can access the pathway to the maid of the mist ticket counter.

Tips for newcomers: you will get wet, bring stuff that can stand the water. Wear contacts, and not glasses, if you can. Upper deck definitely a lot wetter, if you are below, it doesn t really matter which side you re at, as the boat turns on the way back.

Loved it! Highly recommended

They are only running one boat. Plan to be here all day. Expect to wait 4-5 hours, few people about distancing. Some people aren t wearing masks feet from each other. A lot of people are lost as what to do and were to go.

Awesome experience. See the foot of the Falls. Boat navigates directly into the horseshoe falls. Your complimentary poncho is good in theory. You will get a bit wetter than what the poncho can handle. Definitely climb the crows nest staircase for an up close and personal view of the falls. They allow you to participate following the boat ride!?!
