When I moved out of municipal housing, they threatened with 20,000 in the bill if I did not wash properly, this I decided to avoid, and washed until it was not possible to get it cleaner. Held on for several days !!! It was cleaner when I moved out than in .. Still, they sent me a bill of 8000 NOK for washing. I'm not going to pay for this. That they will wash once more after I have already washed, they almost have to take care of themselves ... In addition to this, they want me to pay for new panel heaters that have not worked for several years !! They have no explanation for why I have to pay for it! In other words, they want those who have rented homes to pay for renovation when you move !? This is too much for someone who works to make sure that people have a place to live! They have totally ruined my finances just now before Christmas! I can actually risk losing my new apartment due to Trondheim municipality! Very kind of the municipality !! I have leukemia and they do not take into account! They are unsympathetic sick rats!
They refuse to sort it out when you receive an apartment which is very wrong.
They find excuses so they "take" money from you.
They have taken over 40,000 from me.
They do not give us who have poor finances a chance to enter the housing market.
They have many empty homes, with many waiting. They stand empty for several years.
Reason, it was a matter of address. They do not care to rent out empty homes. Instead, they take more money from those who rent.
I could not give lower star. But are you sick or need help. So do not move to Trondheim.
