Beautiful views. Top deck is awesome, just be prepared, you will get wet. Zero social distancing, boat is packed still, so be aware of that. Especially if you only plan to go once, it's worth the price. Be warned, at busy times, wait can be 2 hours or more. Only 4 stars because you can pre-buy online, but it does not guarantee you passage that day (tickets are good for any day for approx 6 months or something like that from date of purchase, at least at time of this review, read all the tkt info if you buy online). If the lines are long enough, recommend at least on weekends, get there well before close during the summer. Also, be prepared, you still have to wait in line even if you pre-bought tickets, so not sure the benefit honestly.

Watching Niagara up close is definitely a surreal experience. The boat tours are exceptionally well organised. Its amazing how they caters to a whole lot of visitors without much delay and highest safety standards.

This is a pretty fun experienced! Expect to get very wet especially when the wind are blowing hard.

If you plan on staying here for the night, book a hotel that is walking distance. it will be very convenient.

It was a good tour, went pretty close to the falls.

Such a great experience, very fun (especially with friends and family). You will DEFINITELY get wet, ponchos are provided. Put cell phone in plastic ziplock bag or bring water proof camera. Those who have glasses, be informed.

Lifetime experience..great view of falls..well maintained queues to elevators. Admistration was great. A must do for first time visitors to Niagara falls. Something which keep me reminding about Niagara falls. Also captured another cruise of Canada side in pink ponchos attaching few pictures.

Best thing to do on a hot day. Beautiful views of both falls.

This is a wonderful, beautiful place with a spectacular view. I do not regret having gone and I would like to return. The ride on the boat is awesome.

Recommend to everyone who can't go to the Canada side. This covers everything.

First thing we did on vacation and probably the coolest thing we did as well. You will get very wet but thankfully they give you a poncho. If you are in the Niagra Falls area, this is a must to do. Well worth the view from the bottom of the falls.

I went on a Sunday and I was packed. Had to wait in line for a very long time. Once we got on the elevators it was quick and easy. Well worth the money.

Well worth the money, being able to see and feel the falls coming from the US side was amazing.

so cool! at first we were concerned that the trip wouldn't be worth our money, but after going we didn't care. this gives you an amazing view of the falls, and a fun experience to go with it! if we hadn't gone on this ride we would've missed so many beautiful sights.

Was absolutely amazing! I would do it again and again. Was told by famil we had to ride on the maid of the mist and it didn't disappoint! Worth every penny and then some. Be prepared to get a bit wet even in the ponchos

LOVED it. Our tour guide Dayna was awesome. She let us in on all the secrets like only a local could, and treated us well the entire time. If you want to see the falls, go with Over The Falls Tours. Ask for Dayna, you can't go wrong!

My trip was great. Mom, Bob and I had a great time. From Ft Myers Fl to Niagara was The best. Seen everything. I don't recommend the aquarium. The trolley service was great to park and ride for the day.

This boat is going so close to the horseshoe falls!

It's just awesome. You will feel like dream. The place is well maintained. Lots of people come to visit this place every day, still you won't feel the crowd because of it's fantastic management.

Unfortunately this is the only option to go and see the Niagara up close from NY side. Can't comment as a comparison with the ones from Canada side, but their boats were much bigger and looks better. The feel of experiencing Niagara falls right from underneath the falls is one an experience that you will never forget in your life.

Sept 2016 - Amazing experience! Instead of mist - you may get soaked --- which is perfect on a warm and sunny day! The timing was great - there weren't crowds or lines... experiencing Niagara Falls up close & personal is ... it felt like an adventure & was not too expensive:)

Must do if you are visiting the falls ... Try to get to the deck for the best experience

I definite must do on any bucket list. So much fun going up to the fall. Loved the souvenir panco. The rainbows were incredible, didn't have to wait long for the next boat. Quick entrance quick exit. Would definitely do it again!

You have no idea what the falls look, feel and smell like until you get on this boat. You get up close and personal with these gorgeous waterfalls and it's amazing.
The staff for maid of the mist were great. They helped me with my wheel chair up the huge ramp which was extremely kind. Also the ponchos were really nice... Dare I say nicer than the ones from their Candaian competitor that I visited the day before haha

Took 3+ hours in the hot sun to ride the boat for 15 minutes. Never again. People were passing out because most elevators were not working. Complete mess.

Giving 1 star overall. Would have given 5 if the ride was more organized and well managed. Mostly during long weekends, Getting down from the observation deck to the boat ride was kind of okay, but after finishing thd ride, it took 3 hours to get back up to the observation deck, just because of mis-management. No proactive approach considering a long weekend rush. Its recommended, people with kids should avoid long weekends to travel Niagara Falls. The ride needs to be more organized similar to cave of the winds.

The boat ride was amazing! We didn't go to the Cave on the Winds, but the little path on the way toward the elevator to go back after the boat ride branches off and goes up by the falls for a bit, and that was amazing as well, and free!

The boat is good, and you get to see a good view, but the wait is TERRIBLE. I don t know if a 20 minute ride is worth a 30 minute wait before the boat, and a 1 hour wait. But still, it is a good boat trip you can have.

It is fantastic. This is a must do in Niagara! By far, the coolest thing we did there.

Absolutely fantastic! It is definitely worth crossing the border for! The entire family had fun and we didn't get too soaked with their provided raincoats.

Best attraction in the Niagara Falls State Park. The crew was very accommodating and friendly. The pilot's skills are really impressive as he takes you into the middle of the horseshoe waterfall. You feel in the middle of all the action. It's like you could touch the waterfall by stretching your hand overboard. Highly recommended.

It is worth to go on a yacht and sail so close to the waterfall.
