Mahaveer Developers Review

I opted for buy back scheme for their luxury project Mahaveer Ranches and when i returned the flat on buy back ,they are not closing the loan and also emi is getting deducted from my account.i am totally stuck here and do not know how to proceed.Due to running lian i am not able buy any other flat also.
If anyone is going for any legal action consider me .

I have booked an flat in Mahaveer celeshe project under buyback plan and the 3years timeline over on September 2019. But till date I haven't received my money back and I have been following with CRM team and they don't have proper answer. Last week CMR member told me to contact higher management people in Mahaveer group to speedup my payment. I have been emi to bank and Mahaveer builder not worry about their customer....

Pathetic builder, will give false commitment, once they get most money, they will slow down the project. Mahaveer won't provide proper update or info or even response thru email. They will redirect to thier colleague and escape. Don't ever buy flat from this group. I don't have zero or lesser than that option in raring, which made me to give them one star. Worthless group. Don't waste your hard earned money in putting here.

Mahaveer Ranches :
=>Paid Pre EMI amounts on time as promised.
=>Prompt response(call/email).

Not a good builder to buy a flat, because they will not complete projects as promised,even though quality of construction is very poor.

In my hole live, i did not see that type of Center ...
its too good......

Avoid this builder. They have fund issues. I have booked in one of their projects, but did not get delivery on time, because of which I have canceled my booking. Now my bank loan amount is stuck with them. Go with only top tier builders, or this will be the case with you all.

I have booked a flat in march 2019 but handover is getting delayed from 9-10 months. Can somebody help me on this? @Mahaveer Builder team.-Nobody is responding on calls and emails. Also there is no clarity on handover date.

After multiple reminders, # Harsha V # Mahaveer group..They haven't responded and didn't refund my money...I never met with such a unprofessional guys....I want to escalate it to the media....Pls someone help to take legal action against them....

Very poor quality of construction would not recommend it to a common man to invest as in a couple of years you will end up doing the repairs the team at mahaveer group is very unprofessional and they do not have a system of follow ups as a customer you only have to be behind them but they are very punctual on your payments otherwise do not care for any other reason invested in their property it has been 8 years still the building does not have an OC and khata

Please don't go with this builder.. Your money will be stuck and no improvement. Don't go by my comment, see their earlier projects waiting for 5 years and no movement.. One example is Mahaveer palatium. See the reviews and decide. Save your money

Prompt so far my project work wise is going dead slow as of now still my believe is high

They have all legal, sales, hr, etc person on call anytime. Professional.

Completely UNPROFESSIONAL CRM .... who just claims money on the name of management.
Very poor quality of construction and you will end up doing the repairs in 2-3 years of possession. They do not have a system of any follow ups and as a customer you only have to be behind them. For payments NOT even due (like asking maintenance when you have NOT taken possession / done registration) of flats bought but they are very punctual on ASKING payments. Even after 7 years buildings do not have an OC and Khata. NOT left with any choice but to submit complaints with RERA.

It's customer friendly developer, prices are reasonable depends on ur negotiations.
