I opted for buy back scheme for their luxury proje...

I opted for buy back scheme for their luxury project Mahaveer Ranches and when i returned the flat on buy back ,they are not closing the loan and also emi is getting deducted from my account.i am totally stuck here and do not know how to proceed.Due to running lian i am not able buy any other flat also.
If anyone is going for any legal action consider me .
