I attempted to use my Macy's card, as I have done many times prior, with my ID & social. I was told that since my ID & address on file don't match---IVE HAD THE SAME ID SINCE 2012, I GOT MY MACYS CARD IN 2015--that I could not use my card. I was able to verify the address on file and even pulled up my Macy's statements on my phone showing my new address. I asked to speak with the manager who happened to be "Vicki".
She & another employee arrive.Her approach was all but welcoming or polite! She proceeded to talk down to me as though I was a child. I explained to her that my address had changed, and that I SIGNED UP for the card with the same ID. She then LOUDLY proceeds to tell me how it's "ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO HAVE A DIFFERENT ID THAN WHERE YOU ACTUALLY LIVE". Excuse me?! Since when does Macy's offer unwarranted legal advice! I felt so threatened and disrespected by her demeanor and way of blatantly BELITTLING me in front of my husband, 2 employees & other guests in line! I am completely MORTIFIED by her actions. I understand that EVERY company has policies, but communication is key in these situations! Arguing with and disrespecting guests is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
To be "technical" the address on my license is my MOTHERS address where I occasionally still receive mail. I moved into my new apartment in January.
I have been a patron of Macy's for 10+ years. My credit limit is nearly 2k! I am utterly disgusted at the way I was treated this evening! Ultimately I contacted customer service & had them switch my address back & was able to make my purchase, but I SHOULD NOT have been treated this way by some so called "manager"! This experience will likely cause the loss of my business, as well as my friends & family.
I would like someone from your corporate division to contact me asap!!! This is no way to treat a loyal customer.
The best of the best!!!!! I always find everything I want, the cashiers let you do your shopping very comfortably without harassing the customers-

I worked for Macy's for several years and customer service was instilled in us as associates.
I think this store needs to teach the associates in this particular store what customer service is.
This is the second time I have gone into this store, and I have had to deal with rude sales associates, cannot find any associates, or the store is totally trashed that I cannot even stand to be in the store.
If you need to shop at Macy's, go to another location, on-line or find a new department store. For me, I am finding a new store.

Horrible!!! I bought a watch that was over $200 . Brought it back because it doesn't charge anymore with my receipt and 3 year warranty which includes Macy's 1-year warranty. Macy's is giving me the run around!! Stating they don't carry that model anymore. Well what am I to do ? They have me calling all across the U..S to track down another one. Isn't this their job?? What's the point of buying and supporting these companies when they turn around and leave you hanging the bag. In my case a watch I can't use and out of $200. Never again will I purchase anything from Macy's. No Thank You.

Bring your coupons or ask at the checkout counter. Helpful staff but avoid on the weekends unless there is a sale - its busy.
To be honest, I would give four stars for the store, but the sales Associates were disappointing!!! I didn t have my Macy s card, but I gave them my ID along with entering my Social Security number. Unfortunately, they couldn t pulled Out my account al all. One of the two told me that I might don t have an account. I went there around 8:45Pm so I wouldn t started an argument, but they were HORRIBLE!!! In addition, she forgot to take off the sensor after I paid cash. This is one of the main Favorite stores So Macy s needs to train the employees how to be professional, and do the job properly.

I don't like visiting this Macy's because of the limited inventory they have in the women's department. Much better off going to Lenox.
I pre-ordered a fragrance set. The person who handled the sale that day told me I could pick it up on Thursday, the 25th, even though the receipt says Saturday, the 27th. I show up to pick up the set on Thursday, and the sales people there wouldn t let me pick it up because of the date on the receipt was Saturday the 27th, even though I was ensured that I could pick up as early as Thursday, the 25th (today). Now, the people that were there were nice , but they should honor the word of their employee. It is quite inconvenient to go to the store b/c I was told I could pick up the product and now have to make another special trip to the store for the same product.
It's challenging to find stuff but once you do it's a good store

Ordered a Stearns and Foster mattress from this store in mid-January in person. While I was there I actually ordered a sectional that I liked as well. Jean, my sales person was awesome. But, that is about where the awesome ends for this dealing with Macy's. I scheduled delivery for the 7th of February - more than two weeks away. The NIGHT before the delivery (5:45 pm) U got a call from the Macy's deliver company saying they didn't have my mattress and they would be unable to deliver it in the morning. Well for most, this wouldn't be an issue- just a few more nights on your old mattress. Well for me, it was an issue. I was moving to a new place and wouldn't have anything there to sleep on so I really needed them to step it up and help out. The woman on the phone was more than nice saying that she would call my salesperson and he would be able to help. Jean called me and i explained the situation- he wanted to help but said he needed me to talk to the store manager. Something about his manger would say that he was just trying to help to keep a sale..... (Nice management style! Accusing your associates of being selfish and greedy when they try to provide customer service!) When Mike Bush did call me back, he was completely rude. Does Macy's really promote people to leadership roles who tell customers that it's not their problem and there is nothing that they can do? Nothing they can send until at least Saturday even though I clearly had an appointment still scheduled for delivery the next day? What about my time since I had taken off work and would have to now spend more vacation because of their inadequate planning? Nothing. I called corporate customer tonight as well. All they could tell me was that the mattress office closes as 5 pm. (Mind you a didn't get the call til 5:45 telling me they weren't following through on their assigned time.) The guy who helped was nice, however, when I asked to speak to his manager so that they could escalate the issue he went away and came back and explained it to me again. I asked for his supervisors name since they wouldn't get on the phone to escalate the issue and he immediately hung up! (Again, nice customer service Macy's!)

My Wife's favorite store. We visit quite ofter for her shopping. Perimeter Macy's is quite big and has lot of collection.
Ample of free parking is available. Weekends it's get busier. If you didn't find parking near Macy's i would suggest to go to Dillard's North end. There you will find it.

Not the best Macy's location. The prices are a bit high and the service was okay. We needed some help finding men's jewelry and the person responsible told us where it is but did not even think about helping us taking the jewelry out. No one wants to see jewelry in just a big glass case!
