Often shop here, got the Macy's card but it's turns out to be regular card with no offers, allowed to select the offer on my last purchase but it fails to apply it. Disappointed with that. I may not use the card again
Went to help my son find a gift for his girlfriend. The jewelery counter was buzzing and the Sales Person was making sure everyone was taken care of with interest and patients! Thank You! Please be kind and patient with the retail staff and restaurant staff when you are out and about.

It was perhaps an hour before closing and I was coming home from a DC road trip. My sister had just closed on a home and I needed a gift. I normally would have never gone to Macy's for this, yet Bed Bath and Beyond was closed.
So I went to Macy's.
I'm familiar with the location as when clothing shopping I frequent it.
I enter and head to third floor. I walk through the Backstage looking for the deals, I didn't find anything. I head to the cookware, I'm set on buying her a great set of pots. The section was in complete disarray and I'll reserve the specifics. After unsuccessfully looking around I decided I would make use of the restroom and then return to continue my search. While walking to the restroom I notice a lady behind the cash wrap and I ask where is the restroom. She tells me and then ask what are you looking for. I say the restroom. Thinking nothing of her remark and continued. After coming from the restroom, I notice there is another area to the Backstage area and it had some home decor that caught my attention. I look through it and then continue back to cookware as I found nothing. On my way to cookware, I notice a lady (she was limping) and she asked me did I need help. I respond no I'm heading back to the pots to focus and get what I came for before I end up sending more than I should. She engaged and suggests well you have about an hour. I continued to cookware.
Now I'm back in the area and I'm deciding, however, to see what is what I open a box of Calphalon cookware as there was no display and the box was obviously previously open. Another lady from inside the seasonal shop area yells out do you need some help. I reply no. She then still comes over telling the displays are up top. I tell her it is not for this set. She insists and then after I point it out she realizes it's not. To continue to help me after my decline she trys to educate me on the prices. I engaged to appease her as I just wanted to be left alone. She then says that there is only register open so I'd have to bring it over there to checkout. I tell her I saw the lady by the bedding. She then tells the lady in bedding that I was over in cookware and what I had on, loud enough I could hear here in cookware as she was speaking in bedding, loud and clear. I continue to look. Then the lady from bedding comes over and ask if I needed help. Now I'm annoyed. I say yes and ask her to find a set that was on display that wasn't on the selling floor. She trys and couldn't find it. I honestly had no interest It. Again I wanted to be left alone. She then continues to help unwanted. I then just pull out my phone and facetime my sister ruining my surprise and ask her to pick because now even more annoyed I just wanted out of the store. We decide. The lady then heads to the register but I was then going to pick up the Calphalon set I open and put it back. Then I wanted to get some cooking utensils for the set I was going to purchase. I had to tell her, ma'am I coming I want to look for something else. She leaves. The. Another lady comes and walks past me at least 3 times just looking, never saying a word. More annoyed now. I go to the register and complete the purchase of the expensive cookware. The lady at the register says, I'm going to put a copy of the receipt on the box cause there are 3 cameras on you. I ignore her pay, and get the cookware and head down to the 2nd floor to exit. The lady with the limp sees me with the cookware that has both the receipt and Macy's handle on it. She steps toward the entrance and says has someone helped you yet I can check...I cut her off and say ma'am its paid for I'm trying remember where I parked. She did ask what did I see I tell her and she says ok this is your exit.
I want to be clear. I understand retail, I get shrink, theft, prevention through customer service. This was by far over kill and definitely along the lines of a horrible display of service. I can not express enough that I felt like a criminal and unwanted. I now have to shop elsewhere.
Actually I didn't do any shopping in Macy's. I went outside of Macy's to visit the See's Candy kiosk. Had to get a gift for a friend and something for me...lol. I'm from California and we always had See"s Candy at Christmas. If your from the West Coast or you just want some really good candy you should give it a try.
Don't expect them to answer a phone call. I went through the automated telephone system and spoke to two different people, but was never able to get connected to the correct department. The timer on my phone now reads over 50 minutes. Goodbye and good luck!
Not enough selection. But eventually found something to wear to a wedding. Hardly any checkout counters.
My friend & I went bra shopping there. The woman who helped us was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Very limited collections. Need to increase the collections
Between sales, coupons and reward dollars shopping Macy's is not as expensive as you may believe it is

My 15yr old was in the Juniors Dept today shopping for a formal dress and was robbed by one of Macy's employees! She left her bag in the dressing room to exchange an item for a different size and upon returning found her bag gone. She asked the salesperson - an African American lady with short hair- if she had seen her bag, the lady proceeds to pull her bag from under the cash wrap counter. When my daughter checks her bag- right in front of this lady kind you- a $50 bill is missing. She asks the lady if she removed anything or dropped anything when she moved her bag, this lady says " I dont know nothing, I just clocked in" and walks away leaving my daughter in years. This is unacceptable Macy's!! My child came to your store to spend her hard earned money and your employee Rob's her and goes about her day with no remorse or conscience! Is this what customer service means at Macy's? Stealing from people!! Seriously!! I will be sharing this experience with EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN! AND WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN YOUR STORE!
Average store with average goods. It is a Macy's- do you really not know what to expect?
The Perimeter Macy's used to have great designers. This store used to be neat and clean. This is just not the case anymore. They basically carry their own designers and the store is a complete mess! Clothes are strewn everywhere, the floors are dirty and there is no help to be found - I mean anywhere!! Finally after searching the entire first floor to be rung out (every register was closed except in childrens dept) all the sales lady was interested in was opening charge accounts! She spent a crazy amount of time (while all of us waited in line to purchase our items) pushing the customers to open an account etc. I seriously waited 30 minutes on the first floor - I finally gave up and changed floors to the main floor - one register was open and guess what - the sales lady pushed the customer in front of me to open an account. I knew this was going to take forever from my experience downstairs - I put down my Mother's sweater and stormed out. I was completely livid with the lack of service. It is very obvious the sales force gets a commission or bonus off opening Macy's charge accounts. This is happening just three weeks before Christmas! I realize there is a pandemic - but hire some help!!! I swear Walmart has better service than this store - I am done with Macy's.

Better shopping experience than some retailers! They do need MORE Sales Reps on the floor to assist customers. Macy's, PLEASE bring back that genuine customer sales experience where sales people help and get paid nice commissions on sales. That's what you're missing. It was taskful searching for specific clothing for talls. I'm 5'11, with a 34" inseam. My son is 6'4, with a 36" inseam. Very limited selection for talls in this Macy's location.

Please do not waste your time in this racist store. After being followed by a white guy in housewares I chose to make a compliant which took 3 days because none of the staff is trained to transfer calls or even knows how to get in contact with a manger. I finally talked to Devin and Will store mangers. Explained my situation and by their tone on the phone they could care less. Nothing was done at all an unapologetic apologize and was informed that they would personally give me a personal shopper to monitor me in their store!!! I am highly passed about the situation and as an African American we should all ban together and not support comapanies that do Not Respect all ethnicities!!!! Please ban Macys at Perimeter Mall!!!!

I went shopping here and got a credit card. Once the card arrived my first name was missing letters so i called customer service , and they were NO HELP. Telling me to send out documents if i wanted my name fixed BUT when i was getting the credit card i gave the lady putting in my information my drivers license. So now i have to do all of this to get my name fixed which should not have been missing letters especially because it is a credit card! I am very upset. I will be fixing this issue and closing my credit card with Macy s.

Very big Macy's branch. 3 floors. And has lots of varieties and deals.
They are short staffed so if you need assistance you have to search for someone and calling is the absolute worst, getting help is a hit or miss. But, the staff they do have is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and they have great products and I love the sales
Large warehouse very stocked with various brands, there are also many extremely advantageous offers.
There are some ladies in the cosmetic section who immediately profile you and watch you like if you are going to steal stuff...

There were multiple levels jam packed with clothes and accessories for men, women, and children. As always, there's a perfume/cologne area in the area connected to the mall and escalators in the middle of the store. What I appreciated was the area with makeup artists, as I'm not very knowledgeable in makeup.
Just okay, usually messy. Feels overcrowded with merchandise coming at me from all angles. The staff always seems to be bothered to help you.
This Macys is ALWAYS pleasurable visit. You can always find help. There are cashiers at the resgisters. Everyone is helpful. Thank you Miss Oliva in Customer Service for taking care if my return and not telling me that the item didnt come from Macys even thought it has an INC label inside. You were so so pleasant and polite and yes Ill be calling corporate today to let the know what a gem they have in You!

I personally don't like Macy's even they have better offers. Not enough staff at billing counter. I was waited 15mins at counter to bill my vacuum cleaner and went down floor for billing. It happened previously also.

I was at the Macy's located at Perimeter Mall. I did more shopping then I anticipated and was flying back home that evening. The store clerk was amazing and suggested that she could ship the packages to me free of charge. This was great so I didn't have to pay any overages on luggage. They had a great selection of clothing.
