My experience at mac in macy's was horrible i dont even know where to begin. First off i had an appointment for 4 oclock amd nobody touched my face until a quarter to 5 then acted like they didnt care and it is my prom day and im on a time schedule hence why I scheduled it for 4. This is just poor customer service wouldn't recommend
