I shopped for over an hour in and around the linge...

I shopped for over an hour in and around the lingerie department. I asked over a dozen people for help and even managers told me they didn't work in that area/ have enough product knowledge to help me. I was also told that the scheduled person had called in sick and the backup person covering that area had just gone to lunch. When I finally found what I needed with no help from employees I went to check out. The first several registers I passed were unattended and then when I found an open register they told me none of my coupons would work on my items and they don't take competitors coupons. I don't shop at Macy's often but I definitely won't be returning.
