I love Macy's. I loved Kaufman's and I was disappointed when Federated bought out May Corporation, but I got used to it. Still miss May Corp.

I love the Lens Crafters in this store! Mary Kay goes above and beyond. She's so pleasant and takes pride in her job. I get great deals in the shoe department, too. I tried to shop upstairs in housewares and bedding, though, and there were no sales associates to be found ... anywhere. I wanted to buy three specific things. I looked and looked, and I wanted help ... I couldn't find anyone, so I gave up and left. I got what I needed at a kitchen store in the strip district.

Good staff...love the perfume selections and MAC makeup!!

Well. 2 of 4 visits, I have had to return due to cashier/customer service overlooking a security device and even the failure to put the correct perfume I purchased in my bag. It is not so much these errors as much as the cost for me to drive to Macy's tovexchangevand/or remove security devices. $16.50 PA Turnpike tolls and 100 miles round trip. Let's not forget to value my time too even at PA State minimum wage for 3 hours is over $21. $37.50 cost to me not including gas/wear and tear on my car just because of a stupid mistake, which I did not make but have to pay for. 2 times returning to Macy's has cost me $75 not including mileage/gas. Sort of BS. When I returned the incorrect perfume, ha, the sales person tried to change me an additional 1 percent sales tax because I drove a 50 miles in the opposite direction ofy home from the other Macy's. I did not get a gift card or any other incentive to not post an email like this. Oh lol I did not get charged 1 more percent in sales tax for an item I purchased in another county and exchanged in another county. Today. I get to blow $50 roughly returning to Macy's to get a security tag removed off my Tommy Hilfigger leggings. Thanks Macy's.

I have always enjoyed Macy's. I just wished that I could purchase more than what I do. The ladies in the perfume section, know what they are selling and talking about.

I ordered a crock pot online and came in to pick it up. Last time I came, there was a circular desk, one area said returns and the other said pick-up . Last time I was able to just go to the pick-up section to retrieve my order, but this time, I was waiting there for a good while until one of the workers said I d have to wait in the returns line, but by the time they let me know I had to wait in a different line, that said line was very long ): the crock pot is nice though

Love Macy s dad and the kids can play is the play area outside while I shop

This is just like many Macy's. My complaint here is the availability of cashier. They always seem to scatter when needed.

I tried to exchange some pants didn't have the tag or my credit card and got a hard time and another employee came and found the same pants and did the exchange for me

Monroeville mall is so disappointing to visit, has been for years.
He used to be a fun place for everyone to hang out! That includes family, teenagers on the weekends, elderly walking.
It's not the same place anymore! If you have not been there and are thinking of visiting, save your time! Do not go.

This Macy's is great! I love the external appearance! It used to be Horne's and Lazarus. My only complaint: I'm not a fan of the Excel Dryer Xlerator hand dryers that this store uses. They are WAY TOO LOUD! The elevator is a Westinghouse with EPCO CircleLine. Great service, too. Overall, good location.

It's a pretty nice place. I like it because I can find stuff easily. Every once in a while I don't find what I need though. You'd like it.

They didn't have my Fashion fair anymore. No one help me with a new product so I left.

Great Mall and location. Plenty parking out front or the back.

Good customer service. Macy's conned me into a credit card so i could buy a vest that would go with a suit. But it was unavailable in my size but i could only get it from another store in California if i applied for the credit card. I did then the sales rep told me the sale wouldn't go through for the vest. He tried calling the other store no good. I dont blame the sales rep i blame Macys for making things unbelievably difficult

I go there to buy certain things because they are high as hell but I like the store as a whole but will rather shop elsewhere

I would not say that this was the best Macy's that I have ever visited but all of the departments were there. As typical, it seems a bit understaffed but the associates know product in their department.

Not enough staff, long wait time because young lady ran fro. Person to person to keep everyone happy.

Had a terrible experience there today. Waited 10 minutes at registar for a salesperson. As a salesperson was going toward the escalator she directed another customer and I to take our merchandise to the other side of the store to check out. Left the bed and bath area and went to china department. Oops, no one there. We waited another 15 minutes before a manager came, and this was after actually calling the store and then having a "visual" person (that what she said) find a manager in cosmetics on the 1st floor. Yes, I should have just left but by this time I definitely wanted to express my displeasure. The response I got. "Someone must have called off. I will discuss at our meeting." Back to online shopping I go. If these stores want to stay open then managment needs to do a better job of providing customer service and reactions when customer service falls below satisfactory.

Had a wonderful time at Macy's yesterday. So blessed to live in a area that has that store

Macy's is my store both the freestanding and the internet. The store staff is pleasant and attentive.

Cant get enough Chanel 15% this march I believe the 26tth

Honestly, I expected more variety. But disappointed not to find anything to my liking. I visited the store to buy some stuff from them but left without buying anything. I believe they need to bring more variety to the store to attract more customers.

I see Macys is eliminating skit if items from their shelves. This shows the company is in big financial trouble. Every store is extremely understaffed and so.e of the staff is poorly trained. I do believe by next December 60% of stores will be closed. And this has been going on way before covid. So Amazon to save the day once again.

Love the backstage. Awesome prices and awesome finds.

Very disappointing to have coupons and not being able to use them. Every item I wanted to purchase was not eligible for coupons. As a result I left without any purchases.

Great prices at Macy's Backstage! School shopping was all but a 1 stop shop.

We were told to wait in the checkout line to see if they had a shoe in our size. On Black Friday. So it took a while.

The workers didn't know where anything was! Then i ask someone in juniors if they sell collared shirts for girls, she tells me no and as we are walking out we pass all the beautiful collared shirts for girls they were all lazy and didn't want to do their job! I went to pennys.

Always a good experience prices surprise me they are reasonable nice selection of apparel

Macy's has gone down hill in the last few years. The last 2 stores I have visited were dirty and smelled musty. We hardly ever go here anymore because of this.

They don't hire the best. The lady that waited on me didn't know what she was doing.

Can usually get what I come for. The Deerbrook mall is not a welcoming place.

I was deal with one of the employees here at Macy's named Sherily at the check out counter. She was so rude and mean. Gave us additude the whole time we checked out. Please avoid her help (if she even ask you).

Every woman who loves shopping should love Macy's. I don't know why people think it's so expensive...I get bargains on the regular!

Like Macy's and the Backstage store. There's so much you can find for such great prices

We never go to malls, who does anymore. But we needed luggage and Macy's had a huge selection at good prices. They are one of the few department stores left worth shopping. But like others, if you need help there is very little staff.
