Macys Monroeville Review

It isn't what it used to be! Quality of clothes had gone down along with variety. Mostly don't go anymore.

Love shopping here! Just like the department stores of the past. Neat and tidy and well staffed. Don't forget the third floor!

Julie works hard in the men's section, near the Polo clothes! She's been so helpful and nice for as long as I can remember.

You Can find all kinds of close, and if you don't you can just have a walk through the mall

Meh - it's Macy's. Pittsburgh has lots more to offer than this aging giant.

I got free shipping because I'm a gold member. I love Macy's but they're shipping sucks. It never comes when it says it's going to and it takes forever.

Surprised at the wide open spaces where merchandise used to be. Not much selection. Bought nothing. Wasted trip.

The collection here is great and I used to love this store until recently. Some of the new staff could definitely use some training on how to work with multi ethnic group. My wife and I have been stopped twice by a store assistant when going into the fitting rooms, almost accusing us of trying to take things from the store.
Both of us are platinum members and this kind of behavior from the staff is uncalled for and just makes the experience bad.

Going down hill they use to have a better selection in brands I liked
