Had a terrible experience there today. Waited 10 minutes at registar for a salesperson. As a salesperson was going toward the escalator she directed another customer and I to take our merchandise to the other side of the store to check out. Left the bed and bath area and went to china department. Oops, no one there. We waited another 15 minutes before a manager came, and this was after actually calling the store and then having a "visual" person (that what she said) find a manager in cosmetics on the 1st floor. Yes, I should have just left but by this time I definitely wanted to express my displeasure. The response I got. "Someone must have called off. I will discuss at our meeting." Back to online shopping I go. If these stores want to stay open then managment needs to do a better job of providing customer service and reactions when customer service falls below satisfactory.
