Horrible delivery experience. We ordered a king bedset, and during the delivery, the hardware was incomplete and the bedframe lacked screws. The delivery men requested for an exchange and out of sheer laziness, they did not load back the pieces of the bedframe into the truck, but instead left it in our bedroom.

Dressing rooms cluttered with clothes that need to be put back on proper racks. Many areas in misses department not in order. Couldn't find size of item because items not all together. Very messy!!!

Expensive even with sales.
Very tight between racks and aisles to get through in a wheelchair.

Store is exploding with large amount of merchandise. Staff is overworked handling multple departments. Customers suffer. I prefer shopping in store instead of online. The hands on experience of shopping in the stores can't be beat.

Macy's is a mash-up of high-end and bargain basement items. Very disjointed concept in my opinion. The bottom floor in the rear reminds me of Value City department stores. Staff is helpful but not much for Big & Tall men. Most of those things have to be purchased online.

Its probably me, but i am confused about where to find things in this store. We were looking for bathing suits for 3 teen girls, varied sizes. Backstage didnt have much, so we went upstairs and were directed to a corner with lots of matronly suits. Not much selection for teens AND prices were $128 for a single piece, top OR bottom in styles they liked. NOT HAPPENING.

We found some $19 pieces finally, but very limited selection. Nothing for buxomy girl. Fitting room was closed so two with me were trying on over lightweight clothes. A cashier ultimately mentioned that there was an open fitting room at the opposite end. Success in two pieces for 1 girl and top for 2nd [previously got a skirt bottom at Gabes for $2.99!]

I generally appreciate the better quality of clothing in Macys but the prices are getting way ahead of my preference. The cashier was very helpful, and a second one gave us the discount of 30% without a coupon. I used my Macys card.

The store is clean, the staff was friendly this trip, but it would have been nice to be directed to a central fitting room 30 minutes earlier.

I NEVER shop here. On a whim I went in and looked around and came out with some super values! A 60$ shirt reduced to16$, a 40$ pair of slippers for 10$, a 50$ sweater for 20$. Very clean, everyone is masked. Great shopping experience.

Really good service. There was this one lady who rung us up 10 minutes past closing, after she was ready to leave. She was nothing but nice still, and even gave us a 20 percent off coupon. The whole time I was thinking "if clothing stores had tip jars..." honestly the service was that good.

Calm
