The sales person who took my braclet for repair was excellent. He also seemed very knowledgeable about jewelry. But the sales person I asked to ring up a purse because there was no one in that department, so I walked over to shoes told me he was on the phone with a customer and couldn't do it not I'll be with you in a minute but no. So no commission, I'm not doing it attitude.
One of the last of the big department stores to still look and act like a big department store. Premium Brands. Beautiful displays. Incredibly huge shoe department. Excellent. Compared to what's left standing in the industry, such as JC Penney, Macy's is still high-end and magical. Shopping there at Christmas time really feel special, we're at shopping at JCPenney now feels like something lower than Target
Christmas shopping great place also keeping our mind off of my husband being at the hospital.

The petite section is very limited. I would like to see more than 3 or 4 designers in this section. Prices are higher than I would like. Should be able to use coupons on more items. Store design is beautiful. Regular sizes are well represented by numerous designers.
I like their Backstage. Especially to buy gifts for kids.
The department store is kept very clean and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, but it is my opinion that the prices are a bit inflated. They are of good quality, but still overpriced.

I have a daughter(12) and two boys (8,6), their selection of clothing for my kids ages is horrible. The section labeled for their sizes is tiny. Honestly, don't waste your time.
Order was ready for pick up. It was exactly what I ordered no lines & associate was the the 3 F's friendly, fast & fabulous.

Went in today to find a dress for my maternity photos to come to find out that they discontinued their maternity section due to covid. What?! Why would you discontinue maternity clothes? People are still having babies probably having even more babies cause everyone's been stuck in the house. I was very disappointed, I hate shopping online for clothes and when I searched stores that carry maternity dresses Macy's was the first one to pop up in my area.

The sales rep who helped us select a different for my son was very helpful, and the sale prices weren't bad. However, I'm not sure that I would've made the purchase without the sale, as the quality wasn't quite matching the $$.
First time visiting Macy's Backstage and couldn't believe all those sales and very nice products. Will shop there again.

Great sales, surprisingly salespeople were available to assist. They had a separate counter set up for returns and exchanges only which was very convenient. Great experience.
Macy's one of my favorite stores. Yes qualityitems add nd big name brands yes t is Macy's. A little pricey? I will say expected but that's ok Macy's is not Walmart. BUT, no decorations AGAIN do they received 4 stars. Macy's and JCP used to lead the way during the holidays decorations hype great employees, what happened at least they were stocked a lot of other stores have empty shelves in other stores and there are still 17 shopping days left...

I also made and order on the November 27 that should arrive on the 5th December latest but when looking at the status it says December 11 and the items are in stock in the same city I am in

Store is always a mess. Carpets look like they haven't been cleaned or vacuumed in ages. The fitting rooms often reak of body odor. This place needs a full time custodial staff not just at night. Other than that the customer service and merchandise offerings are good.

This Macy's location is great. With 3 floors, it's large, but not too large. So, the merchandise turn over is at a good pace. And, it has a Macy's Backstage on the ground floor.

I cant believe they closed the one down at the waterfront ,very sad it was a nice store:) they are putting in apartments :(there are not going to be many stores to shop at for clothing ,ect I think they got enough of apartment there allready!!!

I prefer Robinson Town Center and Ross Park Mall locations. Clothing & shoes are of greater quality.
