I really like this Macy's. Very easy to find, typically clean and they always have products. What I like most is the 3 floors or products. You can really find some nice gems in their. I went and found a few steeler jerseys for 20 bucks. Got a instapot for under 50. You can find some good deals when you look at the clearance. Its worth it especially the kitchen clearance. Besides that, helpful employees. Clean and nice displays. My only problems are finding a price checker depending on where your at in the store.

Although they made it right after I had to return to the store because they overcharged me for makeup that has been discontinued that was set out on the counter they charged me full price so I had to return and then they made me feel like we wanted money in return as an inconvenience towards the customer when they should have offered something we had to ask and then the person who came and brought down a customer service voucher never said I apologize Sorry For your inconvenience or anything like that she just handed it to me and barked out instructions that make up my mind on what I want because it's not returnable when I use this certificate. I was wishing for the older lady that was wonderful but they said she retired from that particular Estee Lauder counter and others that have given me good service or not working that day or evening. And when I called and realize that my bill was so high the salesperson did not want to take the blame she was saying she didn't know that it went back up mind you this was old makeup discontinued she said the new formula was out then I asked her on the phone about getting another one since it was only half price and she said oh no it's going to be high again full price but it's old makeup I said so she said well I guess they're just going to pull it off the shelves but yet and still she sold me old makeup that was so bad they're going to pull it off I'm not happy.
We brought home healthy snacks a blanket containers for future shopping and hand soap. Used Macy's star rewards so it cost us only a few dollars. Thank you Macy's
I love the so called brick and mortar stores. Macy's has fine, quality products. I would eather lookat and feel what I would buy then take a chance at ordering online
I went in search of some purses and shoes for my mom. We found a nice selection of both and more. They're selection for those are mostly in the big names like MK, AK, Guccys. Whoever as you go more inside the store you'll find more options. Now in terms of shoes the same applies the ones in display are mostly pricier. But the sale rack which has a lot of options is not far off.
Not sure what's going on with Macy's but this store is a disaster. There is no organization to the store anymore. I don't understand what is going on but hopefully they shape up soon because it's already depressing going to malls anymore this makes it even more depressing when the store looks to be closing maybe or not. But complete mess.
Four stars because the women's clothing selections are going downhill. The men's clothing are more stylish. Overall this is one of the only reasons I still shop at Monroeville Mall.
I shopped for a 2 yr old and hoped to purchase socks and tights for her. There were no socks in a size 2 at all. I purchased tights, all that were available in size 2; 2 pairs. I purchased a sweater. There were no pajamas in 2 T.
This place just needs to close already. Their items are outrageous prices. I dont think I ever actually purchased something from here. They're going down the tubes with JCPenny and Sears.
It is one of the nicest stores in the mall. They are very clean and the restrooms are also clean. The floor is organized and their are discounts and bargains to be found all over if you look. The sales people are very helpful. There is a great atmosphere in thus store. I would recommend for you to shop there!
I ordered foundation online. I purchased the wrong shade. The woman at the Cliniqe counter was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable with the products. She was so friendly!!!
