Macy's Review

Come here once in a while to treat myself. Enormous selection of great stuff, I recently bought an amazing bed sheets set 100% cotton with fabulous print for $15. Amaziiiiiing!

Herald square, currently Herald sq. Park is that the defunct big apple Herald apse that was once revealed newspapers on to its north. The park is true outside Macy's, the world's largest outlet and may be a excellent spot to appear at the NY Building whereas having a Sabrett (hot dog) or hot cracker. this is often simply a cool one-block space to require in Manhattan

My latest order was 2 blouses and jeans. The website has a great selection of these items, good pictures, descriptions, size information, zoom in and out possibility. Easy to order, proceed to checkout, good discount, fast processing of the order, quick delivery. The items arrived on time, fit perfectly, quality fantastic, I could not ask for more from Macy's. I've been their customer for a very long time. If I ever had to return anything, no problem, drop off in UPS, with a label which is always inside the package. Prompt refund of funds, great service.

I just had the Awesome Pleasure of Visiting the Macy s Flagship Store!!! Omgoodness it s Awesome!!! If you re ever in NY you ve got to stop in but have lots of time! It s massive but very well maintained with professional staff to meet and great you at every turn! No matter what style of dress, decor, or whatever it s in this store! Also, huge choices of shoes! They have almost every high end brand of makeup station in the one store! They re laid out strategically with great visual appeal. Then I saw the MAC Area So Sleek in its classic Black decor. Instantly I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome from Jessica Spinelli. My friend and I told her that we were here for a girls weekend and would like makeovers And tips. They did not disappoint! Omg! we both agreed this is by far the best makeovers we ve ever received. As Jessica was doing my makeup a crowd frequently complimented she and I as she seemed to use my face as her pallet! With every stroke I felt more and more beautiful! The crowd grew and grew! Then the reveal! Omg, she s truly an Artist!!!! I ve never looked more beautiful!! The crowd was wowed and so was I! She s a definite asset! She s professional and poised yet efficient! I m a nursing administrator for one of the largest healthcare systems in the South East I know a Quality Team Member when I see one!!! I hope she reads this because she s truly amazing! My social media exploded when I posted our pics!! Thanks again Jessica!

Its Macy's. Fancy but not life changing. Kind, non entitled employees are few and far between. If you look like you got no cash youll get no respect and will be approached by security hahahahahahahaha. Yet isnt that how the world works? Wont stop me completely from shopping here though.

I love the Magical flower Show at Macy, perfect place to shop, one of the world's largest departmental store.

One such sophisticated store that caters to massive audience around the neighborhood along with impressive collection. I love their sale items too as you can hit a jackpot when something expensive is available for dirt cheap price. They have almost every decent brand under the roof (including the lesser known once) along with Starbucks which surely is good to have.

Lovely store. A bit overwhelming due to its size. I left my Macy's credit card at home and in the past, my account could be looked up so that I can charge to my account. Not this time. I am not sure why. Never happened before. Just as well since I just paid off this account last month!

Mega store and you feel like you are walking around and can't find anything.
On the plus side, I found the cosmetics department sales staff were informative on good deals.. I bought Laura Mercier foundation and primer and a cute gift with it.... I needed both (they last and last for months) and it was very kind of the sales lady to inform me about the extra gift they had since I didn't know you it...
A good place to check out if you are around W 34St and you have extra time for example before Penn station which is a couple of blocks away.
Definitely more interesting than Penn station but with the Hudson yards so close by now, I would definitely visit Hudson yards and walk around inside or outside.

A store with a wide selection of brands and styles.

This is a huge store with nine floors and tons of merchandise. Lots of shoppers and beautiful Christmas decorations.

I appreciate that Macy's is huge and offers discounts on Wednesdays. Although there are many brands to choose from, it's difficult to see what you need and want because its not organized well and you're exhausted walking from one side of floor to other since Macy's has entire square block. You always want to visit more than one floor. Most times you must make a minimum of 3 round trips per floor to see both sides and the center. Also there is little to no seating. Macy's thanks for the selection but get organized and have consideration for my tired feet.

You can spend all day here and leave in the dark and think ooohhh my what we been doing

The line to see santa was long but it did move fast.

This place is a beauty during the Holidays! The decorations are pitch perfect and the sale is not too bad during Black Friday. It's a must checkout around this time.

Absolutely fantastic store ,a must see, and friendly staff, we met a beautiful lady on the xmas floor, it was her first day and she was great she was so helpful and very friendly.

The flagship Macy's store, home of Kris Kringle. Clean, well organized with plenty of helpful faces just around each corner.

I especially appreciate the spacing in, and layout of the men's department.

Music is great, the staff is great, the storage beautiful, the vibe is cool, the staff are always welcoming, the price is fair, the store is big where's to a point at you don't have to go nowhere to get what you need.

They really suprised me my last visit. They added a package picp up and card pay on the first.. Freakin Awesome!!

I always get high quality clothing reasonably or better

Nice sale today. However the later it gets it seems like more shoppers and less staff/open cashiers! The wait just to pay is getting worst and worst!

Cool sale on Levi's, 501s and everything else. Buy one, get one at 50% off.

Really big shop with clothes, if you want to buy stg from famous brand you should search at sale sections as well as in shop area, sometimes prices are better there. Finnaly it is better to buy clothes in good prices than shoes.

9 floors of shopping every designer! Where else but Macy's. They had a dj there who played some oldies but goodies. Shopping was awesome!!!!

My husband and I went into Macy's yesterday to pick me up a backpack.Chose a High Sierra backpack, because of the color and an affordable suggested retail price on tag of $37.99. While my husband was paying I continued to look around in the area. When we got out side I ask him how much was the total, he said, $62.06 cause she gave him 25% off. I went back in and another cashier scanned the tag and she said $57. + tax. Ok, Macy's what's the deal?
I'll give Macy's a 3/5 for inaccurate, misleading pricing.

I love this store! If you ever been to this store then you will know exactly what I m talking about. This store is amazing. This is my favorite Macy store that I have ever been to in my life. There are several different levels and a wide variety of clothes for men , women and other. I am a man and I can say that this is a place that has a ton of men clothing. I feel that most places don t have a lot of clothes for men and majority of the store is for women, but not here! There are lots of jackets, coats, tennis and dress shoes, pants, shorts, hats, scarfs, you name it, they have it. They have a large supply of product as well. I was there during the Christmas holiday and they really had the store decorated and it was amazing! They put a ton of money into decorating their store and if you look at my pictures you can see. Anyway, they had a ton of sales where some things were 50-75 percent off. I ended up buying a coat and some clothes because the sales were off the chain. If you ever get a chance to visit this Macy in NYC, please do , it s a must! Enjoy!

Needed some perfume for mother's day and was in and out in 20 minutes. Great store.

I came here to experience and see wood escalator and one of the oldest shopping mall. For shopping it was quite good in my opinion. I like one of spaces in the mall which provided sofas to relax and waiting your companions.

Went into Macy's looking for a watch. I was helped almost immediately. And recieved a great deal.

It's a incredibly huge store with numerous restaurants inside. The wooden escalators here are unique.

My Sales Representative showed professionalism the whole time I was there. She had patience, so friendly and went the extra mile for me. On my next shoe visit I will definitely look for Deborah.

History tour from Marta was terrific. Make sure to use early 1900s escalators toward center of store.

Definitely has a large range of home depot items..Beds , beddings, comforters, shelves, bedside tables, magnificent mirrors and wardrobes,just name it.

Today I had excellent customer service on the 7th floor children department. Good sales for back to school shopping .

Had a pretty good time here. Nice sale going on. Was able to pick up a $120 sweater half price. They have a tremendous amount of brands, I was surprised at how out of the loop I was with brands like Guess and True Religion. Not how long the sale will be going on for, but I will certainly be going back soon.

It was the holiday season, so I wasn't surprised that it was crowded; still, it was very crowded!

A very busy place. you can spend the complete day in shopping. Plan before you enter the building, otherwise you will get exhausted especially if with kids. A decent wait time for order pickup as well. If you in New York City, must visit this for once.

Just went to pay bill today and the associate from Dior helped me right away and of course I had to buy Dior Show mascara for myself!!

No public washroom on ground floor and the only queue on 7th floor has an hour long waiting. Not worth the time. Just go enjoy Times Square
This place needs some better management.

We stopped for the Christmas displays and MCy's did not disappoint. Lots of shopping options. We loved it!

I ordered items online and had them sent to this store for pickup. Bad idea. It was a long wait and a literal madhouse. Too busy for their own good.
