Another favorite store ofr my wife and I. They offer major discounts almost every week.

Wow what a department store, something for everyone. Staff very helpful & friendly.

If you live in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs, you must make your way to Macy's in the Water Tower. They are closing the store this Sunday, March 21, 2021. The fine jewelry department is now selling their jewelry for 80% off with an additional 20% off. I paid including the taxes $211 for a gold chain and gold hoop earrings. Unheard of. I would suggest you getting there about 10-15 minutes before the store opens and going directly to the jewelry department. I had to wait 25 minutes today (only 40 minutes after the store opened) to get some help ( thats how busy this department was)but its worth the wait. GOOD LUCK

Very helpful & friendly staff and I found just what I was looking for at Macy's!

You find products from prestigious brands and normal and exclusive designs. They had some products discounted between 40 and 50 percent.

They was having a sale this particular day I brought a Ann Klien shirt originally 40 bucks. Got it on sale for $15!! Can't beat that with a bat!!

Flag ship store... You should visit it at least once when in town

Really really good sandwiches and soups. Only issue is not enough seating if you want to eat in the restaurant. Actually it's primarily a takeaway place.

Very run down. Doesn't fit the nice clean atmosphere of the mall. The store wasn't busy but was a mess. Ceiling tiles damaged and or missing all over the store. The escalators were gross. Surprised this place is still open. I won't go back to this store.

One of chicago's favorite shopping centers. Always finding good stuff to buy.

Good location and also you can get in the mall if you don't find something in the Macy's

Good example of old time department store. Good merchandising, good selection, we'll appointed retail environment. It was once Chicago's iconic Marshall Field's flagship store.

Went there for eye glasses and the person who waited on was great. Had us in and out within 45 minutes with the problem taken care of.

Nice spot but I always will miss the iconic Marshall Field's.

Beautiful department store with all international brands

Pretty empty both of people and items - few clothes and perfume.

I didn't like that the shoe department only had 1 person working. He was doing his best to wait on 4 ladies already at once when I approached. After a short wait of about 8 minutes I left the department and moved on un assisted. Two staff members in womens walked by without offering assistance. I got impatient and almost left completely but wanted to try to find one last item. I was looking for a particular brand that is exclusively at Macy's but couldn't remember the name at the time. I own a few of dresses from the label and still couldn't recall the brand. I told the staff member the brand begins with a "B", we narrowed it down by department then he stated ALL the B brands within the department until I heard the familiar one! Talk about impressed! Hat's off to the gentleman in the fashionable black studded western wear shirt that knows his STUFF (Bar III for those wondering)! I can't remember his name but he turned my trip to this store around in a positive way!

Big. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. People are constantly sanitizing surfaces, a reassuring sign these days. Check it out!

Sad to see this place closing as Macy's is going out of business. Great bargains, some of the staff seemed overwhelmed by all the people in the store this day. Nice lady at the cosmetics counter was SUPER helpful & kind! Be sure to let sales people know what discount items are supposed to ring up for if you take something into a different department (e.g., winter scarf paid for at jewelry counter rang up at full price, not the 70% off clearance price).

Terrible service. Went in looking for a smartwatch for myself and my wife. No one could be bothered to serve us, either a lack of interest or understanding. Either way we left without buying.

Good place to visit, buy, good deals, you can have a good lunch.

Great lighting and they use there space quite well to see the products and its brand

Awesome experience, This past Saturday I was a wish granter for Make A Wish and Macy's took it over the top to make the girl feel great. They gave her the VIP treatment. I will go back to buy things for me since they have 9 floors of things to buy from.

Classic clothes department. I definitely like the variety, and it's location is close to a food court which is perfect for a quick bite once you get hungry. Also, the staff are very friendly!

My wife like the dress department, take at least 1 hour. Looking

It has a very large American Girl annex only with clothes, accessories and books for girls under 14 and not babies, it is expensive but has many things. It is striking that there are no things for children

We had spent hours trying to find a suit that would fit my brother in law and made our way to this Macy s Marissa in the Men s department upstairs was AMAZING. She was helpful knowledgeable, and very fun to work with in finding clothes that would fit properly. 10/10 on Marissa s customer service for us!

Very big store, lots of items on sale with really good discounts

I love this place. I liek shopping here when in Chicago. For mi kids and wife and myself. Little more expensive then other stores, but the choise is perfect and I like coming here back.

A great departament store! Its very good to buy make-up, there are stores like mac, chanel, etc. You must go there!

The Macy's here has a 12 story outlet. You wont be disappointed about the selection. if you go at the right time you can bump into some amazing deals on some good quality stuff.
