No employee help but regardless love how Macy's have designers send them top quality items, love it and prices are wonderful during the holiday

No selection, just a bleak depressing store. Super inflated prices but it's a sale going.

Please don't send out any merchandise they lose it and you spend hours on the phone with no recourse

a lot of shops inside, good brands, prices vary, for fr you will have choices on jeans levi's with prices unbeatable, I advise you to move to the 7th floor to collect a loyalty card a - 10% FREE which will save you taxes !!!

Amazing collection. If you enter the building you can reach almost all the brand shops. Excellent location.

It was nice. Just looking to see what they had on sale. Was not buying anything. It always nice to go there and just browse.

I liked the attention to the public despite the fact that it fills the store.

This is the biggest Macy I have ever seen. It's like 7 floors. Absolutly huge

Nobody to help you sallys people are not trained well and not competent not necessarily polite.

They have a sign that says ALL fixtures for sale and when I tried to purchase 2 of them they said that they weren't for sale they were being transferred. This is VERY disappointing considering that its false advertisement and they could be sued for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I mean signs EVERWHERE.

I met my girl from there, she works there. It's been awhile since I've been in that area. I got to visit with her and wrote some of the way back home with her it was a pleasant afternoon. Macy's got a lot of good stuff

Let's face it, what they lack in providing good customer service, they make up for it in the quality of clothes they carry and their prices. If it wasn't for those two things I wouldn't step foot in this store!

The clothes are better then the ones I ha e seen at other malls across the country. The selection is humongous. I liked and I'm finding more things to like about it!!

Aaagghh got a great shoes deal. Awesome customer service while on vacay in Chicago. Always good when discounts are applied to not just shoes but SHARP shoes!

Not the best Macy s ! They have limited options from each brand. But I found good shoes here. I found a good Lacoste shorts here too.

I love this Macy's, is one of the biggest I've visited, I have bought perfumes, jewelry and dresses at this location and I have had great experiences every time at every department. The atmosphere here is very high end, professional, friendly and inviting, if only the staff of this location worked at the jewelry department and dresses department at the one on State it would have been perfect as I think these 2 departments are more stocked on state street but their staff there is not too helpful. I highly recommend this Macy's located at the Water Tower mall amazing place.

Ok for the cheap people they have a discounted section my wife found several outfits under $20.00 ea

7+ Floors for just One Store ...Huge Store ever seen ...Great selections for everyone and located in Water Tower Plaza in Down Town Chicago ..Very lively place and even on a week day the Mall and Macy s was busy ...

A very large store with a wide variety of clothes. The staff were very amiable and walked with us to another end of the store to show us a product.

Went to dinner in The Walnut Room. We always enjoy their Christmas decorations inside the restaurant. Tonight our waitress was fabulous. The buffet was good. It had alot of pros and a few cons. Our family had a great time.

Good. One of the ladies was super helpful considering I didn't know where I was going.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone at this store. Tried unsuccessfully for 20 min. The phone operator wasn't located in the U.S. LOVE when that happens!!

Today I purchased some cologne for my husband. I can't wait to surprise him with it.

It is a huge store that has everything in clothes, perfumery, accessories, etc. They have very good products of good brands and quality.

I like to go because there is a lot of variety and I always find what I'm looking for

Ever since Macy's took over Field's the stores have been toxic dump sites. At a minimum, I have to wash my hands after I leave the store. However the staff is considerate & helpful. I feel sorry for them having to work in such conditions.

I bought out Macy's today.... Love to shop.fashion is my life...

The store that has everything. My only complaint was the lack of open cash registers.

Horrible store. No staff. No decent merchandise. And they wonder why Amazon is taking over.

It has everything, but the coolest thing is the external facade. Showcases are really cool

I came here for the Benefit Brow Bar...the woman who helped me was nice and did a great job, but it was a little confusing on where I was expected to go and who to pay after.
