This Macy's store is great for the customer service and convenience giving you the choice of picking up online purchases at curbside service which is brought to you outside of the store or you can shop the traditional way inside the store. They have taken precautions during this time to assure safety.

You can also buy chocolates that can be used as souvenirs from Chicago. The chocolate shop at the back of the 1st floor has daily discounts.
I would say - this is how, in Europe, the multi-brand store Peek Clopenburg (I don t remember how to spell the name correctly) ... ... The choice of everything is huge: presents like new collections, so there are sales.

Negative infinity points! A guy who works in the shoe department told me that I can t try them on unless I will buy it. Lol terrible experience! I would never buy anything in Macy s.
Daniel in the mens suit department was very unattentive, unorganized, and overall useless. His only useful feedback was to try mens warehouse; advise I followed. Its a shame because i regularly shop at this location but won't come back for my business attire needs.

It is a very large warehouse with an atmosphere of 70/80 years. Quite expensive and with few promotions.
Their woman's shoe department is a complete mess. No one even acknowledged me as I stood directly in front of the register waiting for someone to help me. There were 4 associates behind the counter and not one of them said a word to me. Then when I finally found someone to ask they just said I'll be back with you and never came back to help. Rude. Won't be back.
I love Macy's...just not the one in the Water Tower. I find it to be to cluttered and narrow, not to mention filled with tourists. I love the Macy's on State and Lake. But I did however, nab a great pair of earrings on super sale, so it wasn't all bad, just not great.

Messy... but what Macy s isn t? The staff was friendly but it was tricky finding someone when you needed help. The plus size women s section was a joke but it looked like the regular sizes had a fantastic selection. Great location!

It depends on where you go Macy's is an iconic famous store which is hanging in there because most box stores are getting overcome by online shopping the Macy's we went to was in Water Tower Place the same weekend as the airshow which suddenly was canceled that day because of low clouds ...so Macy's was packed however we managed to find two very lovely pieces of clothing which were also discounted and so we were happy last month we went to a Macy's off of Torrence Avenue and it was terrible there's also one in the mall in Merrillville which seems to be fine I hope they don't close ... they're about all we have left of semi high-end department stores.. peace

The old lady serving at the chanel perfume bar was very rude. and impolite. I am also a customer. she doesn't seem to want to serve me and she hasn't answered my question yet. meanwhile she turned to serve another white guest.
Tiny. Very dissatisfied. Not a "bar" at all! Barely enough room for 5 people to sit. Would not recommend at all.
