Very nice doctor, too bad the front desk worker is rude and unpleasant. She work at the medical field, should be handle better with illness people

Dr. Li was very knowledgeable and the front desk people were very nice and helpful.

They are there to rip off your money. I was there a couple of weeks ago and now I got a bill of $143. Before I went to them, I called and they got my insurance information and I said they will tell me of my copay. They never did and gave a story about they can't reach my insurance company. They were covering up that they are not on my insurance coverage plan.

The front desk girl is disgusting. Super rude. I don t know why they hire some teenagers, she just doesn t know how to respect people. Not just rude to me, also to other people, has no patient especially to the older people

Dr. Lee and Dr. Sanders are excellent doctors and their associate doctors in the office are also the finest. Waiting time is short and stuff are very polite. Highly recommended.

The attitude of the desk worker is very rude and arrogant. The doctor that saw me ask me to do a hole bunch of unnecessary test out of money making concern.

This is just another money making clinic which does not care about the well-fare of the patient, they only care about their profit. I will never go to this clinic again.

It was good to be treated with PROFESSIONALISM and CARE.I say that DOCTOR LI and his staff,gave me this best care i needed.DOCTOR LI and his team took the time to explain every step of the procedure,and even took the time to call the following day to find out how i was feeling.

God Bless Dr Sanders and Dr Lee! Both are great Doctors. Dr Sanders is very sincere, nice, caring, very professional and accommodating. I trust her alot. She is the best! Alice at the front desk is very sweet! Other staff at the front desk could be more friendly though!

Dr. Sandar is the best doctor I have seen in my life. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate!!! It is very easy to tell that she really cares about her patients. The entire office staff are also super nice ! They followed up with me the day after my procedure and made sure I was doing okay. I highly recommend anyone with GI problems to visit their office. They are definitely the best in Flushing!

Der. Lee is an accomplished physician his staff is courteous. And his medical team is very knowledgable and well trained. They guide you thru every step of the procedure. I traveled to Flushing and was very impressed with his clinical protocol. And his staff of nurses. I highly recommend this physician for your medical needs. And gastrointestinal disorders. In addition, Dr. Lee and his staff are respectful and very kind. They work very hard for there patients.
