I like very much.
It has a variety of specials. It is also in one of the best places in the city of Chicago Illinois.

Don't particularly like Macy's, but it gets 4 stars today because of the sales associate Darlene Smith. Awesome work, true professional!

Very friendly staff, had gone to return some clothes back, staff was very professional and made sure I was off from the place within a few mins. Always visit this place because of their vast collection in this location particularly.

This Macy's was one of the cooler ones that I've visited. There was of course the fantastic shopping facility. In addition they had a huge American Flag that was in the department store. It is the largest flag in any department store in the country. Very cool.

I love Macy's and the Walnut Room at the 7th floor!

Find what you need, they do not care about there one image. I bought 3 jackets and a pants and two shirts, they put it in a plastic bag and said we do not have a garment bag for you

Black Friday sales, no sales help, and untrained employees. A horrible experience and they wonder why brick and mortar stores close!

It's very telling that every reviewer has given an abysmal rating in the last five months except for the Make a Wish representative- so the message Macy's is sending us is that unless you are a national organization that can actually affect their bottom line, they're not going to spend much time or effort on customer service. Thank goodness I only came in for a gift card and left before purchasing one. I'm indeed in agreement with the reviewer that this is the reason department stores are closing.

Great place for shopping. The different floors of the warehouse allow you to range from clothing to shoes to perfumery. Very nice shirts for office workers. Effective staff. Affordable prices. Highly recommended.

Why is Macys ghetto beyond control? Can someone in the store answer the phone in any department so that I can find out if they have the coats that I want to try on? If your department employees are too busy standing around talking (in every department), which is what I see them doing when I shop, then set up a store-wide system that fields incoming calls for price checks and item checks to on-site reps who can help customers. Do this by e-mail or chat and save us all time. I intentionally avoid shopping at Macys because they do not have store based customer service on site to answer calls. It takes over an hour for me to commute to the store, and I don't have time to come in if they do not have what I need. I would rather pay more at Nordstroms and be treated like a human being.

This mall is sweet with all needs and spends an enjoyable day shopping

8 floors of merchandise, mid-level pricing, sometimes you have to seek out an employee if you need help. Each floor is well marked as to it's offerings( men's clothing for instance), but the sheer amount of products means that some of a particular catagory might be on another floor ( men's suits on one floor and sport jerseys on another). Take some time and browse.

We are enjoying our experience and the friendly service today. Now have to leave before my wife buys another purse.

Nice location in water tower place. Has lots of brands in the store which makes it convenient for one stop shopping.

I love going to the store, they always have some sort of sale. But the parking inside the garage is horrible, I will never do that again I would rather Park in Northwestern Hospital.

I think department stores are really under rated because of online shopping but I find that I spend less time 'hunting' since all the brands are in one place.

I had a weird experience. I was trying on shoes and employee went in the back to get a pair in my size. thirty minutes passed and he didn't return. He couldn't be found on the floor and his co-workers couldn't locate him. He just disappeared. The mystery is still unsolved. I left and they didn't get my money.

Always love the instore shopping experience at Macy's. I'd be sad to see it go...

Is Macy's some stuff is a little overpriced but may fit into your budget if it's on sale or clearance.

Macy's was horrible! Very rude sales associates who provided very bad service!!!

Their sales discount program that s attached your current macys credit card don t work when you update your credit card, all the coupons disappear when the account changes....and the 20% is a statement credit, problem is I payoff the card before the statement, this is not a very good program!

The Water Tower location is looking kind of run-down. Escalator broken, elevator button doesn't light up, and dirty walls everywhere. Felt very discount warehouse like.

Huge store next to the Hancock Building but there are more impressive and modern Macy's in Chicago.

Prices are very high and I didn't find the brand of clothing I was looking for.

Wide spread appeal, a little for everyone, but no big surprises here. Lately the Macy's stores seem to be getting a little run down. That could be part of the lack luster look. If you love Macy's, you'll love this one. If you were hoping for more....probably not so much.

Love the store! The Christmas decorations were beautiful and they had a huge selection in every Department.

Rude and horrible customer service. Just go to the other one and save yourself the waste of time. Rude and neglectful "salespeople" on the floor. Literally ignored, even when I asked a question I got a rude response. I was with someone visiting from out of town and was embarrassed. We went to the other Macy's and the service was exceptional and spent a couple hundred. Never again going to this store

Hard enough to find a helping cashier in the mens department I finally just walked away and left the clothes there...

The merchandise i order was very disappointing from Macy's because it was very very cheap never again/ comforters

Had a great time shopping here! Found everything I wanted and even more! The customer service was great and the management was even more awesome!
