MacArthur OB/Gyn Review

This is a great office that has great doctors, and really pleasant staff! I been seeing Dr Arguello. they have really perfect personal that do the job really good i never had to wait so long when i visited. All of the staff and nurses are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going here if you like quick assistance visit to the OBGYN!!

Dr Brian enggano and his nurse are always so nice and make sure i have no questions love the environment everyone is so kind highly recommend the Irving location

This office is a great office.

Only problem I have is that I have a niece that works there.
I do not want her having any access to my familys medical records.
She is a great medical assistant there and has worked there many years.
However I did'nt know that she and her husband are violent.
They came to my house saturday.
Ashley opened up my house door and screamed out a very bad word for my pregnant daughter to come out and fight.
My niece knows my daughter is pregnant.
My niece had her husband open my glass door to my house nearly breaking it.
Her husband screamed "bring it on"
And neighbors heard three doors down.

My niece said she will make sure that my daughter does not get the health care she will need for her pregnancy.
Can this medical assistant have that much power toware my daughter can no longer see a dr for her pregnancy?
She came to my house violently as it is and now she threatening healthcare for my daughter.
I don't want Ashley Carson having any access to my familys medical records.
We will be definitely finding another clinic.
It will be inconvenient for us but Ashley was violent to my pregnant daughter and never should of used her power against my daughters healthcare.

I have been going to MacArthur Obgyn for 17+ years now. There is no other doctor that i trust more than Dr. Sakovich!

This is our first pregnancy. The staffs are very friendly and nice. Dr. Patel is so good and she listens to our concerns carefully and suggest good treatments quickly. The facility is good where sonogram and ultrasound are in the same building. Waiting time is less. Overall my experience is good.

They ve always been great! This is my first pregnancy and everyone there is just so helpful, professional and kind. They answer all my questions and they are gentle everytime I go for my Sono. Love this place. !

This is my first pregnancy and I love the care that I am getting from Macarthur OBGYN. I am 28 weeks & Doctor Enganno has been great! I am very please with the attention they give me :) also staff is friendly. Highly recommend.

Doctor Enganno is amazing. The nurses and staff are always looking in your best interest. So thankful for these group of people as I go through this pregnancy.

Ive been seeing Dr.Fanous since i was pregnant with my 1st chil and now im seeing him again with my second and think hes absolutely awesome he has a great personality! Love the nurses as well everyones very nice there.

Dr. Lopez is excellent, she has a lot of patience, dedication and dedication to her patients, she always made me feel confident in every prenatal appointment and I never get stressed or alarmed without cause.
When I was relieved in the hospital, her colleague Melissa was the one who helped me with the delivery, because she was away; But Melissa did an excellent job always cheering me up and I was never scared of a C Section, I had a vaginal delivery and she didn't hurt my baby at all.

I love comeing here the front office staff is super nice and friendly and also the doctors are too. it a lil wait here but the most I waited was 45mins but it is worth the wait.

I just had my first appointment here. I relocated from out of state and am very impressed by all the welcoming they provide for you.
Doctors are concerned and listen, they are also fast as far as exams ans Im not a fan of being examed (if you know what I mean ladies)
I highly recommend the office in Irving, TX.

I love the doctors, nurses and all the great staff at MacArthur OBGYN. This is my second pregnancy and like my first I am having a few complications. However, from the help at MacArthur OBGYN they have given me not only the support I need but the right help.

This is my second pregnancy and I have had some complications but with the great help of my OB here Freeman has been a friend and a great doctor to me during the difficult times fir both of my pregnancies. It was worst visit I've ever had. I didn't even get to see my doctor, I had the nurse try to do an abdominal ultrasound even though I was way too early for that. I provided a urine sample and had peed in the cup and when I went to place it in the window, someone else's urine was still there which I nearly knocked over! So gross, staff was unknowledgeable and unfriendly. Will never be back again!

I love this MacArthur Medical Center. I gave birth to my first son in 2017 and my Dr at time was awesome. She moved to Houston so I am now under Dr Collette Dominique who is awesome amazing!!! I love the medical assistants and other staff. These ladies are amazing!

Dr Livingston is very professional and friendly, he answers all of my questions. Highly recommended, with friendly staffs

My experience at this clinic is great. Recently my younger sister delivered a baby thru Dr. Reshma Patel.
We get enough care and all our concerns are answered. Dr. spends time with us to understand our problems and explain the things before treating us.

Excellent staff and nurses here. But you have to wait long hours even after checkin. And this is happening since last 10 visits.

Poor accounting skill... they keep sending you bills that you already paid for. So embarrassing!!!

I have had Dr. Fanous for my previous pregnancy and my current one now. He is the best OBGYN I ve had. With my first pregnancy I went through (3 total) I tried over 20 doctors and the labor and delivery was a disaster (DO NOT deliver at Baylor Scott University in Dallas on Gaston). So I was determined to find a doctor who fit for my next two pregnancies, and that was Dr. Fanous. He has wonderful bedside manor. If you have specific concerns/wants/needs he will try his best to meet him. I have pretty bad PTSD/anxiety from my first go around and he was and is the best to get you through that. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because a lot of the time I will call the phone service when I know for sure that they are open and it goes to answering service, which is frustrating at times.

I have been to Dr. Livingston's office a couple of times now and each visit has been great! He has been very professional, caring and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Relocating isn't fun, and finding a physician along with the usual hairdresser, mechanic and best neighborhood is essential. However, my health is most important. That said, I take to Google reviews and rely on others to pave the way; people are vocal and word of mouth can be your best friend - or worst enemy.

A large practice can be intimidating, and I normally seek 1 or 2 MD offices. After reading their informative website, I contacted MacArthur and was greeted by a pleasant voice who was kind and understanding of my concerns. I was accommodated quickly, and placed in the competent hands of Dr. Jeff Livingston who was well-versed on my situation and highly educated. He was patient and compassionate and knew I was 2k miles from home with no support. I was comforted by his assistant, Nadia, who stood nearby, assuring me. My particular condition had been met with unfamiliarity and impatient physicians who made me feel terrible about myself. This was in the Greater NY area in well-known facilities who should've been able to recognize my symptoms. Dr Livingston never once made me feel different.

From the medical staff to the billing reps, I was treated with the dignity and respect we all deserve.

I highly recommend MacArthur Medical to anyone seeking a physician for their OB/GYN needs.

I am sitting here past 1.5 hour and it s my first appointment... I seriously think that i shouldn t have changed my provider as it was the only concern for changing .

I love this office they are the best!!! On my 1st visit I was literally filling out paper while they called me to the back. They will answer all your questions/concerns. Everything is orginazed. The tend to work with you on your payments. Everyone is very friendly. Sherry Phillips

Dr. Stephen Sakovich is the best OBGYN doctor out there! He is very caring, knowledgeable, and just an amazing person. He makes you feel comfortable and a priority. He does not rush you and will answer every question or concern you have. I would definitely recommend him.

Very poorly run clinic. The staff is extremely rude and have no consideration for patient's time and well being. They cancelled my appointment twice - the first time their excuse was that their computer systems was down and I was rescheduled for an appointment the following week. The next week they called me just before my appointment stating that the doctor is not in the clinic even though I had confirmed few minutes back that the doctor was indeed seeing patients. The person who called me to cancel the appointment again was extremely rude. I would not waste my time with this clinic and will find another OBGYN care in town.

New to Dallas. First time pregnancy. I chose this office due to location. I received recommendations to MacArthur OBGYN by coworker and Thrive Clinic staff. Dr. Forney was one of the doctors recommended. She is sweet and polite. Listening to all questions and makes you feel comfortable although sometimes vague with answers. I do think the staff may take short cuts and doesn't get back with you as quickly as a first time mom would like & wait times at appointments once checked in, can be a bit extensive. Otherwise, overall experience has been nice. 28 weeks and counting.

I called and tried to schedule an appointment this morning and I spoke with a Jessica I believe, at the Euless location. She was very unhelpful and unfriendly. She did not seem to care that I needed to make an appointment and due to my work availability I am having a hard time getting in. I work in customer service, not medicine. Even with that being said, I understand that things happen and you sometimes over schedule or just don't want to over schedule so you don't have problems like this, your admins should still be courteous and polite to clients. Its sad that I had such a great doctor but because the admin doesn't try to help or make an attempt to help I will not be returning to this facility or the Irving location.

Wonderful experience at MacArthur OBGYN. Dr.Forney saw me, and she was fantastic. She was very easy to talk to, and friendly. I have been through many OBGYN's in the last years, and she is by far my favorite.

I have really enjoyed my experience and the staff at MacArthur OBGYN! Appointments have been kept on time, they are quick, and keep things moving.

I'm in love with this clinic, all staff very professional and friendly , they never have me waiting, whenever I have an appointment they take care of me fast and treat me with respect an courtesy. I see Dr. Andrea Arguello and she is great, she is always making sure I understand every procedure/exam I receive. she truly shows concern about my health and my future baby. i also love their portal where i can check my status on each and every exam they perform on me, as well as my check up appointment, my hole medical history sense they started seeing me. Lab and ultrasonography are awesome to. I recommend 100% their services

INCOMPETENT!!!
Just made my third trip for a swab that they can't complete correctly.
Still were unable to complete it on this visit, because Kristin decided she was going to be late today, even though we discussed the urgency for this to be completed as soon as they open @ 9am when she scheduled the appt.
If they can't do the swab correctly, how can I be sure that they can complete/read the results correctly.
DO NOT & WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The environment is very friendly. The staff are all great and helpful. I like how everything that you need (lab, sonography, clinic, etc.) is within that plaza. All a very short walking distance from each other. Dr. Sakovich is our doctor and he is very sweet and kind. Definitely helps to defuse and tension of nervousness with his humor and kindness. He's been in the game for quite a while now and knows what he's doing.

Love the office safe very friendly and helpful every time I call or have an appoinment.

Found this place by luck and reading the reviews made me more comfortable about going to this office. They treat me so well and answer any questions you have. They are so willing to help with everything. Being a first time mom Dr.Thomas is like a gift. She is amazing. She makes me feel like I can ask her anything and even my fiance feels comfortable with her. Can't wait for her to deliver my baby girl and any other child I have after her.

I am currently seeing Dr. Patel for my pregnancy and have had nothing but wonderful service from her. She is a great doctor that takes the time to listen to what I have to say instead of just writing me off like doctors I have had in the past. I cant vouch for any of the other doctors in the office but I am very happy that she is my doctor. The staff in the office has always been very friendly and helpful as well. All in all a great experience.

Everyone here is very polite and helpful. Any of the staff I have come into contact with has answered any question I had and explained things to me in a way it was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend others to come here.

This is my 4th pregnancy and for all 4 I have been with this group. They are great the staff and doctors are very friendly and informative.I really like that they handle appointments in a timely manner. I've recommended them to all of my friends and family members.

Dr. Forney is a pleasure to have. I love her staff and the easy process they provide me getting in and out. The sonography office as well, the ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and on point!!

I have been using this OBGYN practice since 2014. I've seen them for women's wellness, birth control, and now prenatal care for my first pregnancy. Everyone is always really helpful and friendly. It's easy to get an appointment that's convenient for you. My normal doctor is Dr. Patel and she's great. I've also seen Summer a few times and she's awesome as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for an OB!

No complaints. Everyone is friendly. Even when having to schedule with someone other than my doctor. When its a wait, thats not so bad either.

I just started coming to this office about 3-4 months ago. I am pleased with the staff here and Dr. Carleo. All the ladies are very nice and very welcoming. They always see me at my time scheduled and I am in and out with no problems. Great and well organized office.

Would not recommend this place to anyone .... wife went in for not feeling well, they do a urine sample to test for infection, they say she is all good, but she definitely isn't, end up going to the hospital and they say she has a heavy bad urine infection .... no professionalism!

I am 29 weeks going on 30 and i have Dr. Fanous as my Dr. and the facilities i attend in Euless is absolutley great! I get all my questions answered. My waiting time is never too long and im always seen right away. I will be returning here with my next pregnancy!

This is my first pregnancy and so far have no complaints with the prenatal care that McArthur Obgyn has provided. Making appointments is hassle free and the wait time during visits isn't long either. The staff is friendly and Dr Patel, my doctor makes sure all my questions are answered as well.I would recommend this place to all FTM.

Great communication and are super gentle with my belly while doing sonogram! Always super patient with me with any questions or concerns I might have on my appointments. Of course super friendly and great attitudes! I love attending at their clinic and feel very comfortable during any check up.

Poor! No communication what so ever. Very rude dealing with rubi, and front desk is full of excuse. Yet, the moment a supervisor is asked for all the studden they are able to help.

I ve been going to MacArthur OBGYN for many years now. Everything about this office is awesome, from setting up the appointment, to the billing department, the medical assistants, PA s and Dr. Livingston. I ve never had an issue with either one of them. When you walk in they have such a positive demeanor in the office. They all seem so cheerful and they also celebrate every single holiday by decorating and dressing up, which brightens up the office so well. Dr. Livingston is caring and awesome doctor. Everybody in the office is nice.This is my first pregnancy and I was quite nervous because I didn't knew what to expect but I realize that I have the best Doctor ever, which is Dr. O'neil & he also have the best Nurse assistants .

Never will return here again. Unprofessional staff and exceptionally rude. Unfamiliar with insurance and bloodwork assistance.
It was the most uncomfortable experience.

There is a Doctor who, without having some death, tells you that she will not operate having something operable (endometrosis) and that she cannot do anything for you. Just for not doing the job I hope that not everyone is equal.

I have been using this practice since 2007. I am now on my second child delivered by Dr. Oneil! I love the way the staff takes care of all my needs.

Not happy, and will not be continuing to see these people. 1st they scheduled an unnecessary checkup ultrasound appointment for an issue I was having, when I made it very clear that I was struggling to pay for appointments after my ER visit. When I was asking if I could space all these checkups out a bit to more easily afford them they mentioned that it was a bit overkill to come in as much as I was and that of course I could and to just skip my next one.

2nd they billed me for a pregnancy test during my yearly pap when there is no way I could be pregnant. If I wanted a damn pregnancy test I could have gone to the damn store. A hell of a lot cheaper. I was not informed that it was for pregnancy, I assumed that it was for the yearly STD testing. I will not be back!!!! I don't want to pay it but I am in the process of switching health insurance with a new job, and its just too much of a hassle to fight with you guys and my old insurance company for BS. Why should I have to pay for a mistake you made? without my consent??!?!?!?!

3rd They only prescribed me 3 months of birth control and were requiring me to come back in for another f-ing appointment to get the rest. Definitely used birth control before... nothing new. Ordered some from Nurx, nice not to have my birth control hostage and I will be using them from now on for my birth control needs.

I will be finding a new OBGYN. I am tired of being nickle and dimed to death. I am also sick of having to call in to get my results, because I never receive anything from you guys. So done.

I just got my 4D sonogram and saw my baby boy s face so clearly and I am in love! This place is great!!!

I was recommended MacArthur OB/GYN by some of my co-workers. Which I am glad they did! My OB/GYN is Dr. Freeman, and she is absolutely wonderful! The staff is very kind, and courteous. They have been able to make my first pregnancy go a bit easier than the last OB/GYN I attended. I appreciate their portal for their patients where all of the information is provided from the visits. It is also very helpful that I am able to contact my doctor through it. I will definitely be recommending MacArthur OB/GYN to others!

My very first time visiting this location, the entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved my doctor & they also give you free samples of different prenatals. I Highly recommend this location!

Being a first time parent is a pretty nerve wrecking experience. That being said, I cannot recommend MacArthur OB/GYN enough. All of the staff from the reception area, to the nurses, lab technicians, and my doctor (Kevin O'Neil) are all kind, considerate, and patient. I've left with peace of mind after each appointment.

I love my nurse Amanda she is always so nice and funny. Dr.Dominique is honest and sweet.

I love the online portal as well its very EAST to work with BETTER then calling an having to keep pushing different numbers after 10 minutes of the auto finally getting a person

I am 29 weeks pregnant now. Dr. Freeman Wiyatta is my doctor, she is very good and helpful. The staff is very nice. I really love the environment and the way i'm treated by the staff. Looking forward for my 4D sonogram.

Dr. Stacy Thomas is my main doctor and she is amazing the best doctor I've had thus far. Nicole the receptionist was very polite , caring and helpful!! I HIGHLY recommend this medical center!

Dr Stacey Thomas has been great since we met her. She is very thorough with every questions we have. She doesn't rush with patients.

This is a not good obgyn. .... they change a lots of doctor... they didn't have a responsibility to a patient...i feel very bad I chose this one...

I love everyone's attention and the place, in my three pregnancies I have always attended here and I highly recommend it, they look for the way that you feel comfortable. Grateful for your attentions

Honestly all the nurses and doctors treat you very well.
They answer all the questions you may have and the appointments are always on time and they let you know if the doctor had to go to surgery or if the appointment is postponed and they keep you on notifications to confirm your appointments.
It is always very clean and very friendly all the staff
From the first time I went to ask about what I needed to be there they gave me the options and I am very pleased to be able to attend here :) I really recommend it!

Amazing, I say this because I am new to Texas. Coming from out of the state it was difficult finding the right Dr and this place is the best. I have had 2 pregnancies so far with Dr Patel and she is amazing. I drive 35 minutes just to come see her. I love the customer service and the efficiency they have with getting you in and out as well as making you feel cared for. Thanx gals you guys are the best.

Dr. Fanous has been amazing thus far! With a new doctor things can be tough to adjust to especially with this being my first pregnancy but it was a smooth process with him. The office staff has been extremely helpful, even prior to me actually becoming a patient in the office. I was advised on what I needed to do with my insurance and was given step by step instructions on how to get it done. That small gesture just solidified that I had chosen the right office. I would definitely recommend this office!

I'm a new patient after having to switch OB doctors. I was nervous at first because I was so use to my other ob-gyn. But I like how helpful and welcoming the office staff is. I'm always laughing with somebody in the office :). Doctor Fanous is great as well, he has good bedside manners which goes a long way. I believe my baby and I are in good hands! Definitely recommend!

Worst place to take your kids.....don't if you do its a waist of time......

Dr Dominique is the absolute best. She is patient and takes her time going over everything with you. I like that she doesn't rush you out of her office like some doctors do. She also does things in advance and doesn't wait until the last minute. I would definitely recommend her to anyway expecting

My first obgyn retired or went into private practice, i can't remember which one it was. I was so worried that my next doctor wouldn't be as good as her. But Dr. Patel is great! She genuinely cares without it seeming overbearing and/or fake. The reason for the 3 stars is because the wait time and the crowdedness of the office. The wait is steadily getting longer and longer. I only come in twice a year max. But over the past 2 years the wait time has gone from around 30 - 40 minutes, which i feel is normal, to around 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 minutes. I don't know if there is a flood of people getting scheduled at the same time or a shortage in doctors/staff. Also, they should implement a "no children" policy like some of the other offices do unless they are infants in a carrier. There are WAY too many children running around unsupervised in the back office. I can't tell if its a doctors office or a daycare. It makes the place seem unprofessional and i don't feel comfortable at all!
