Fraudulent billing practices and they never return any of your calls. They bill insurances out of network instead of using in network providers for lab work etc. no one CARES about YOU. Dozens of calls and physical visits to resolve the billing issues and nothing ever comes of it. They use outdated billing codes and the insurance rejects it and when you ask them to refile the claim properly they say it s not their responsibility!!!!!!! Then who s is it!? Filing a complaint with the inspector general of Texas.
