I've been a patient here for 4 years and it is always something with this office. I tried to stick with them to avoid the hassle of changing doctors but after today I've had enough. You have to stay on top of them and follow up with them because without complaining first, they won't follow up with you. I was refused service by a representative at the counter due to a $97 balance. All of a sudden! When I've been coming there weekly with no problem and also making payments. She did not instruct me to speak to a billing specialist, she took it upon herself to refuse service telling me to reschedule. Management also agreed that wasn't right.
