Ever since I bought the car here its been nothing ...

Ever since I bought the car here its been nothing but bad experiences. The only good experience was buying a car and I'm sure they were treating me like a princess because I was buying at $36,000 car... Every time we go in for service its horrible, no one greets you, If you don't say nothing or hunt down a adviser, you might as well feel like you are invisible to them. My father took in my SUV to have its oil change, and I told him that he would have to pay anything.. Well he calls me at work and tells me they made him pay for the oil change and that the girl at the front Candice I think is her name (who is always busy with her cell phone and rude) told him he had to pay or he couldn't take the car.. I purchase the maintenance for 3 years.. my question is, WHY do you all have computers for? This should be on the account that I have service for 3 years at no cost when I take my vehicle in. They are worthless here, worst dealership ever, horrible customer service. I will NEVER own another DODGE in my life.. This is my first and last DODGE vehicle I will own.. and this will be my last time at this dealership as well. I will gladly drive to Killeen or Waco to get my car serviced. When buying my car the car my first impression was amazing, I was like WOW they truly care about their customers, but once they get you approved and out of the sales department, prepare yourself to be treated like a nobody.
