I was looking for a new Pilot bad the first question I was asked was, 'What are you looking for in your vehicle' well heck, I don't think any sales person has asked me that before. Troy listened to what I was looking for and found it. He made sure he knew what options I wanted and made sure I would be able to get what I wanted. The best part though, Troy wasn't pushy, at all. He understood it's a big decision with lots of moving parts and let me make the decision that worked beat for my family. I would absolutely work with Troy again in the future. Especially if you have littles, he's fantastic at working with you from a distance making time at the dealership minimal.
