We arrived today with the hope of buying a neverfull GM and were met with a small line outside. The line moved rather quickly, maybe 15 minutes, and then We finally entered the store. We did a slow perusing walk throughout the store, mainly waiting for a salesperson to approach us and when one did not, we asked if someone could help us. We were told that there were two customers in front of us (where??) and we could wait at a counter. After another thirty minutes of standing, we left the store, without my bag and with loads of disappointment. Nobody should have to wait 45 minutes just to hand over $1,200 for a handbag. This will be the last time I shop at Louis and I m fact, I instead spent that money at Hermes today, where I was met with polite and attentive service.
