The only downside is that there is a lot of tail. Apart from this detail, the reception is excellent, I felt very comfortable in the store and that is important when shopping.
The salespeople were smiling, welcoming. I absolutely do not regret spending my money with them. A very good luxury experience.

What a wonderful store! Obviously not for everyone, but it's beautiful to see. The bags are beautiful and so are the clothes! I really liked the guy upstairs who engraves your first name, initials, or whatever, on the item you just bought ... and ..... With gold leaf !! !

People here are racists. I went in today and unlike any other reviews, there was no line but I did not get any help. I went upstairs to check for more items but nobody helped me. I ask one girl and she told me to wait for someone then she went to another customer who just got there. I asked another lady and she looked at me from head to toe and started to call me sir when she realized I was wearing fancy shoes and bag. I just came with my family from florence and they were very good at customer service but here, very discriminating. I was really disappointed.

For me it is a fixed destination when I go to Paris. It's not a shop it's a museum! It's nice to just pay a visit!

Louis Vuitton store must go for all connoisseurs. I left with a beautiful bag.

The Japanese staff was surprised with the worst attitude. The staff felt that the response and attitude that looked down at the customer with the status of working at LV was the lowest. I did some shopping, but it wasn't a good product, so I thought it wasn't a customer, and I wasn't happy. Can such staff work at the head office of LV in the world? I doubted. However, the other French staff were very kind.

As always, customer service of excellence. Alina L. helped me in English during my visit and was fantastic in meeting my shopping needs. She explained everything very thoroughly and was very knowledgeable in the many products available. Beautiful building and don't forget to look up. I could have spent all day here.

Great shop with a huge selection. I was looking for a women's purse as a gift and was given very good and competent advice. He was then very well received by the recipient. Leather goods come at a price, but they are also of outstanding quality.

Worst customer service experience! Waited outside in the cold for about 15 min and intending to buy a few bags. Went inside and walked a few circles around. No one offered to help us, so we went up to a salesperson to ask for help. Waited for about 45 minutes and still nobody! There were so many people working there, but none offered to help. RIDICULOUS! They literally stare you down and decide who to help and not to help. Don't waste your time waiting in line! Just go to another store, you will get better service!

July 2013, had the blessing of visiting Paris for the first time. Got to celebrate with my friend while purchasing her first Louis Vuitton in PARIS! Wasn't suppose to snap this, but I am AMERICAN, what can I say???

I wanted tested at Louis Vuitton, me who is rather Gucci. Unfortunately more than 30 minutes of tail (do not come on weekends, nor in the evening). I said to myself tampis I wait but the big problem is inside, more than 30 minutes of waiting before having a saleswoman who will show me an article with problems of finishes. Moreover propose only one article per collection, it sucks. Really disappointed, it is both expensive and degrading at the level of the customer who buys and redeems the stocking. Not to mention that most people belonging to the pyramid do not buy at Louis Vuitton so we are on non luxury sold to the poor believing to be in luxury.

If I am spending a $1000 On shoes, I expect someone to greet me at some point when I have shoes sitting with me. Ill go somewhere I can get service.

Giant store, all salesperson that I spoke to knew English and were very helpful. They also had a lot of patience explaining the process of the Tax Refund at the airport and offered water or juice.

Got very good service. Thanks to the sales assistant for the very nice service. All staff seems sooo friendly and polite. It was my first time in this LV store in champs elysee, i used to buy in LV in Printemp. The last time i was there was very bad experience, i finished in bad mood at the end of my purchase. The sales assistant Nicolas O i never forget his name. He has very bad treatment! Seems not happy to serve! I left my bag for a hot stamping and when i came back to get it, he acted like he didnt see us and nobody accomodated us and there he go, one young sales guy who got my bag and just gave me without box is he joking? He just handed me the bag in dustbag and shopping bag but no box. I was very upset, in my mind (what is this kind of service??) I dont deserve this,i paid a lot for a very small bag and treated like i only buy in preloved??? So that was the story in LV PRINTEMPS.
AND JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS LV STORE IN CHAMPS ELYSEE IS THE BEST. I WILL DEFINITELY COMEBACK.

This place is a museum in the making. It has exorbitant collections. From classic shoes, jewelries, smart watches to handbags, travel bags and suit case, effoliating perfumes as well as a collection of books.The staff are so professional and welcoming with a wealth of knowledge as per product category. This place makes feel welcomed and like a King/Queen. It is a place to visit and you will never regret.

If you are a regular buyer you can book an appointment to avoid the queue.

Whaooooo!!!! What a store, 1 word, Impressive. So many separate areas and even secret private rooms for exclusive viewings only to the high paying customers, a must to visit.

Terrible experience at this store. We walked into the store and were immediately shouted at by the security guard, who then insisted we leave the store and walk down a side street behind a barrier and then walk back in the store. He was very aggressive and rude, after being shouted at it became apparent that Louis Vuitton is not brand we purchase from again. Discraceful.

I was in trouble because I could not go shopping because there was no customer's toilet. After all, I did a lot of shopping, but even if I asked several store clerks, I was told that there is no toilet.

Famous store recognized worldwide. There is everything. Security at the entrance with check bags and backpacks.

The security personnel is quite nice but the staff at the front entrance is very rude and very impolite. Worst experience ever from a luxury brand. I turned around and left without going into the shop. Do not recommend anyone going there.

Beautiful shop !! But I don't get the reviews here from people saying it's expensive ???? You know that Louis Vuitton is a Luxury brand, so it is an expensive brand.

I bought a model a few years ago and broke the closing slider there is little (totally my fault). I went to the shop to make a quote (a drink of choice was even proposed to me during the wait ... coffee, water, champagne) and it was repaired gracefully in the afternoon. Following this my companion decided to buy a bag. Home irreproachable, a perfect advice and listening to us who offered different models and offered champagne before even knowing that we were going to buy. He accompanied us for the marking and even shared his knowledge of the Louis Vuitton house during the wait (it's nice to see someone competent and passionate). We did not display any outward sign of wealth and we are not a millionaire yet we were welcomed and accompanied as are other guests who spend 10 times or maybe 100 times more. We will gladly come back.

My friend and I ended up coming twice. The first time we stood around for about an hour with NOT a sould acknowledging us. Finally after splitting up we both were able to be helped.

We came back the next day to pick up our bags and were finally greeted by a very kind guy who continued to ask if we needed help, offered us drinks, and was just overall friendly.

Beautiful store. It's a shame they didn't have my Alma BB in the damier print in stock, but they were nice enough to find out which other branches do.

Once you're inside it's all nice and clean, but they make you outside for nothing and that's a killer for me...

This place is ridiculously big. Be prepared for a crowded store and subpar customer service but it probably has everything LV you may want
