I came to the store on Monday, and I wanted to see RTW, so I asked one of the staff in the shoe department if anyone was available to help me because I had wandered around RTW for a few minutes and saw no one around. She told me to just wait until a SA shows up in RTW, so I went back, waited, still no one. I went back to the SA I asked before and asked her if she could let the RTW SA knew I was there waiting for her. She said they didn't have phone. I shopped in LV, etc a lot. So I said, you know you all have working phone. She said I was being aggressive. Rudest sa I have ever experienced. BTW, I am Chinese.
