What can I say about luxor. Omg its massive and you will defo get lost. Rooms nice and big good location. Friendly staff in the buffet. Overall it's very expensive so when you go keep in mind you are going to easily pay $50 for burger chips More

Just okey. This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Beds are comfortable but the shower we had was backed up and formed a pool while taking a shower. Many of the outlets in the room were so old they would not grab ahold of something plugged into them. Everything felt old and dated and just needed something to come in and breathe some fresh life into this hotel.

The Luxor is my go-to hotel. Its inexpensive rooms and buffet are a big attraction. It offers an all day buffet. Its a convenient distance to all hotels. Staff is extremely helpful. I've left my phone in my room after check out before and they were really easy to work with getting back in and grabbing it. Do not pass up this place!

Amazing Hotel.. modern pyramid!

We went here part of our hotel hopping in Vegas, we were amazed by how this hotel was built. great architecture design. friendly and courteous staff . during our visit there was a show of magician chris angel.. lucky us. also there's titanic booth and the diorama of the Titanic..

We arrived on Monday arriving from Iowa, check in lines were crazy and we didn't get to stay in the pyramid part of the hotel as we assumed. The room was a good walk and didnt have a mini fridge but the view was good on the 17th floor. The room itself was clean but could use some TLC along with the bathroom walls. We tried the buffet for $25 a piece and was very impressed with the selection, highly recommend. I didn't like how they kept trying to sale us stuff inside the hotel but I guess thats part of the Las Vegas experience. The casino was nice, friendly staff but the slots were extremely tight! I can't believe how expensive EVERYTHING is in Las Vegas but we wanted to see it once and now we have! :)

Very nice rooms (premium tower suites), clean and comfy bed. Powerful air condition and the water in the shower is instant warm (no idea how they do it). The pool area is not that great compared to other hotels here and it was impossible to find the Luxor parking. The lady at the reception was very nice. The waitingline however was huge. It took us about 30 minutes to check in which is too long after a long trip to vegas. The gym was nice (and included in the room) but completely full.

I enjoyed my stay at the Luxor. My flight was delayed 4 hours. I called the front desk and they allowed me to change my reservation without any issues. My room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly and provided extra linen when needed. Looking forward to my next stay at the Luxor.

Rooms were spacious, older hotel on the strip but a great theme. Pool was nice, limited covered/shaded areas that didn't cost additional. Customer service was nice. Elevators I imagine are in the process of being worked on. Almost every Elevator they had shook badly and was a slight 'experience' of its own especially the higher up floors you went. Overall the shops are nice and mostly open. The Starbucks in the hotel is NOT worth it, unable to use your normal Starbucks app or rewards and extremely overpriced.

I stayed at this hotel a few nights ago on honeymoon and it is beautiful and very unique. We saw Carrot Top and walked the strip many times and just had a great time in Vegas. This hotel was the cherry on top. It s so cool inside.

Wow what an amazing architecture .Great service at the front desk.
We loved the stay and the slots are the best.
When you walked inside the pyramid it feels like you were in another .Great rooms and the design of the rooms.
Love the modern architecture features they have done. The sky lights on the tip of the pyramid at night makes you feel like you are in a sifi move.
Clean and they are keeping the place very tidy. You get the feeling of security when you walk in.

I took my son to vegas for the first time this past weekend for his birthday. While checking in i was told i had a single bed and was asked if i wanted a double. I said yes. Once we were checked in we were sent the wrong way and spent an hour trying to find our room. Once we did find it it was a SINGLE!! The next day we left expecting for our room to be clean when we returned...NOT!! Its safe to say i will not stay here again.

Location is at the far south end of the strip.

Self parking is $10. Take your ticket in when you register and they ll bill it to your card.
Staff was kind and had no issues.
Room was average. Size was good, but there were obvious signs of aging, especially in the bathroom. There was no fridge nor coffee maker nor microwave, meaning you have to go to the expensive restaurants in the hotel or out to a convenience store.

The staff at the pool are outstanding, I haven t even checked in and there was confusion with the party I am going, about reservations for the pool day beds. Long story short the lady on the phone booked, cancelled, rebooked and she was very patient and very polite. She made sure all my concerns were taken care off.

Well I guess Covid really did slaughter Vegas. Half of the restaurants are closed and obviously no shows or attractions. The room was nice. The crazy rules made no sense. Here's one, you had to wear a mask OUTDOORS on the property. Even at the pool although not while in the pool. So the virus can transmit outside the pool but once in it can't? How about we just maintain social distancing outside? Meanwhile the lifeguards barely ever had a mask on, guess they're immune? Also you can smoke and drink anywhere with no mask but if you stop drinking for a minute even with a drink in your hand they reprimand you. If we knew the property would be this nonsensical we would have skipped it. Unless you want to be hassled endlessly and just gamble you might want to avoid Vegas until they have a vaccine and common sense returns.

Nice Hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Housekeeping came everyday. We had weird hours in/out the room and didn't think we'd get our room cleaned but everyday no matter how late we left the room, when we came back it was cleaned. Amazing! Cons: no microwaves in the entire hotel. No small fridges. $8/hr to use business center internet and $8 atm fees.

It was a decent price for the room, but you get what you pay for. The hotel seems like it needs a remodel, still not horrible. There are a good amount of restaurants near and or attached to the hotel, and the view was nice.

We had such an Awesome time at this hotel. We stayed in the newer part so the rooms were very clean and updated . There was plenty to do and we enjoyed going to the casino, restaurants and we enjoyed the nightlife. The only downside was we had a long check-in line. We were exhausted from our plane ride so standing in a long line was less than favorable at12:00. Once we checked in....I decided to take a bath. The water would not drain....woke up the next morning and all the water had drained into the shower. Maintenance was very slow to come and repair it. Overall, great staff, nice rooms and plenty of things to do. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

With the finely implemented Egyptian theme, amazing slot & table floor, the selection of shows & amenities, and the addition of the most impressive ESports Arena on the strip, the Luxor is a must anytime.

For the price, it's hard to beat. Really interesting building design. Crowd is a little rough... Room was generally nice, could use a little love on the paint and running boards in the bathroom were swollen. Overall a good place to stay in Vegas for the price, I would recommend it.

The staff at the Luxor is the absolute best, in every department that I encountered. Plus, it's an easy indoor walk to the Mandalay Bay where you have a good selection of restaurants between the two hotels.

I stayed in a two room suite with a bathtub in the bedroom. It was pretty cool, we had a great time in there and would definitely Return. It s a staple of Las Vegas, probably the most visible property besides the stratosphere and high roller considering its beam of light at the top of the pyramid. One thing I do have to say about this place is the smell is awesome inside this place. I ve always been a fan of the different scents Las Vegas hotels feature inside, this one really stands out as light, musky and citrus.

Although this is my first time staying and despite covid being on the way, I expected more cleaning in the rooms I get that the staff aren't allowed to go inside but when my family and I checked in and saw our rooms we were surprised that there wasn't a fridge or a microwave or that the floors were dirty, im only being concerned about my family and I would like the rooms a bit better.

The Luxor is an amazing hotel. The decor and theme is beautiful and amazing. It is waaayyyy bigger on the inside than it looks. From the 9th floor you can look out over the theater section and get a breath taking view of the reality, size, and scope of this hotel. The casino has a great selection of games. The bars are set up well so it is easy to get a drink and people watch. The pool area is very nice, but spread out and separated too much. The sad last bit I would say is the rooms are way over due for a remodel. Really sad for as beautiful as the hotel is.

Nice hotel and casino. It was a little dated. Parking was too expensive. there are many casinos that are much nicer and there is no fee to park. I will visit those more often as I am a local.

This hotel is so much fun and heaps to offer. I had the best time having cocktails at 3am, loved the buffet. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bath tub was heaven!! Everyone was really friendly, I was there solo and the staff were really friendly, I didn't even feel like I was on my own. It's also a quick walk to the strip as well and a short drive to the airport.

Interesting hotel. Wide open and sectioned off. Kind of like a big flea market. The room are all around the sides of the building inside and there are big statues at check in. The main lobby and check in is impressive. A little dated.

This trip was a surprise for our 2 teenage kids for Christmas. We arrived Christmas Day. We have stayed at the Luxor several times, but I will say this one probably tops them all! We had a smooth check-in. Only one of our rooms were ready (the smaller one). The 2-bedroom suites are basically a one bedroom suite with a connecting regular tower premium room. It worked out fine because we were able to go to the smaller room, freshen up and leave our luggage there before heading out to eat. When we did venture back we were so pleasantly surprised at the suite! We had a suite one other time before they were remodeled and we actually requested to be put back in a regular room. They have really changed my opinion of the suites with this remodel. It was perfect for us! There was a ton of room. The adjoining room had its own separate full bath (just like a regular room of course), there was a half bath in the entry way of the suite and we had a huge bathroom in the master bedroom. The couch in the living area was new and clean. The table and chairs had a nice floor to ceiling window to look out while we drank our morning coffee. The cleaning people did an amazing job every day! I cannot say enough about this room. I am coming back in May for a girls' trip and we booked the same room category again. I cannot wait to see the fun we will have.

Loved this hotel. Wish we stayed here to be honest. The casino is HUGE and there's loads to eat and drink. There's bars to relax, I can't believe there is three Starbucks and the slots and games go on for miles. When an event is on.. Wow the atmosphere is immense! We loved walking through Luxor in the morning and had breakfast here several times.

Temptation Sundays pool party was a Hit..the music could have been a little louder and better mix, the people were friendly and the staff were great. Trevor the GOGO boy was a living work of art..all in all..good time. Water was a bit expensive compared to alcoholic beverages, but that is too be expected at a Casino.

Nice rooms, great service. But as a bus driver only has about 7 or 8 bus park spaces to offer. My second night there a passenger van took up a slot for a full size bus, so I was upset. His parking pass was several days out of date. I wanted to make sure that doesn't happen to another bus driver, so I tried unsuccessfully to pursue this problem. I am moderately handicapped and suffer with pain from extended walking. I had to go to the large vehicle lot at Excalibur to park after a long hard day of traveling. Then needed to reverse the walking the next morning as we packed up and moved north.
Got nowhere at all with that issue!

We love the restaurants, and the titanic/bodies. We love that we could go to Mandalay Bay and all the way to MGM with out going to the street st all. The soap and lotion ate of poor quality, and didn't help my skin in the dry weather. Make sure to put out the do not disturb the night before, cause housekeeping stsrts at 9am, (though check out is at 11?). Some of the annoying time share people are very rude after us telling them no thank you. The bar tenders at Aurora are great!! We loved the Hyper X Arena, a great way to kill some time with out being in a smoke filled area.

When we got there we checked our car in the line was long but the guy who was ballet was super awesome. We went inside and the line was long to check-in but it went pretty quick and we upgraded our room to a newly redone one and it was awesome!! The veiw was pretty cool from the 29th out of 30th floor. I highly recommend Luxor for your stay in Vegas. All the stores are under the hotels, the attach to each other too. No need to go out in 113 degree weather.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the architecture. The one bedroom suite was beautiful, but the sink was clogged so it produced a foul smell. & When we woke up the next morning we found a HUGE, live roach scurrying around our bathroom floor. We called room service & the front desk multiple times & they never arrived to kill the roach so we could retrieve our items that were left in the bathroom & check out. They never ended up arriving & told us our only option was to get a new room or a Resort Fee refund. All in all, we had to run from a huge roach to grab all of our things, which the roach was hiding under one of them. Do not recommend.

Whether if you're staying or visiting, Luxor is truly great. Nice staff, incredible views, and really cool shows. They have a Titanic museum with a REAL piece of the ship, a bodies exhibit (really educational), and Blue Man. I recommend all of these for people who are staying, and I highly recommend staying yourself!

The Luxor is a great hotel with some wonderful amenities. From the grand entrance to the good size rooms and beautiful pool. I stayed for a week during a conference. The shows are top billed, the food choices range from budget to extravagant and are all worth their prices. Cris Angel, Carrot Top, the Titanic Exhibit and Bodies were all showcased during my stay. The Pool was a great area to relax. Housekeeping was fantastic, my room was clean and well kept everyday. I look forward to my next visit and staying with the Luxor Hotel and Casino.

Had a worst hotel experience in my family vacation in Luxor hotel. With normal rainfall over night, our guest room flooded due to water leak from pyramid windows. I waited till next morning and reported the situation. The first response from the front desk was excusing weather instead apologizing. I have to ask them to a complementary laundry service and change hotel room. Usually hotel should take care this before customer asking. They dont care all this mess and simply trying to ignore. Think twice if you are planning to book the hotel. This hotel need major renovation, plus major staff education about customer service.

My room had leaking glass windows. They did take a night off my bill which was nice. Overall decent accommodations. Good location and you can walk to shops and connecting hotels on each side without ever going outside.

My cousin got married at the Luxor chapel and my girlfriend and I decided to stay at the hotel for convenience. Our room was spacious and clean and fine for sleeping since we didn t spend much time in it. Lots of food options inside the hotel and a tram to take you further down the strip. The wedding in the chapel, was short, sweet and beautiful, btw!

Had low expectations going in because of mixed things I had heard. Let's start by saying the check in staff were wonderful - there was quite the line but they made it move and they did it quickly and with a smile. The room, was a Tower Premium- the renovated kind and wow what a renovation! Love the color palette and the layout. Pool was great. What is lacking are dining options, but hey, it's Vegas and just about anything you can imagine eating is a short Uber ride away. Three Starbucks in the hotel and the one upstairs is terrible, maybe the worst I have encountered in the US. All in all, for what you can book a room here, it is excellent value.

I ve been to Vegas many times, but haven t stayed in the Luxor before. It was a great experience. We opted to have the premium room in the tower that has been recently remodeled. It was actually pretty nice. It was quite clean. It was also quite popular. I can only imagine the revenue that this place brings in daily. The casino has lots of options. They have $5 tables. Lots of attractions to see. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star is because they do not have a bathroom fan. It s the central system. These systems are absolutely terrible about moving moisture out of the air (from a bath or shower) and there s no fan noise to cover up the bathroom sounds, if you know what I mean. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. I d stay here again.

I understand that this times aren't normal times but they are open and welcoming guest. The service wasn't up to par for a resort. When I checked in and was given my room in the 15th floor it stunk of cigars. I called the front desk and no one answered, I had to go back to the front desk.I was fanaly given a different room and unfortunately the TV worked on and off during my stay. I called to get it fixed but no one answered. Also we went to the pool and the water was murky it seemed like the filters weren't working correctly. The thing is that there wasn't a lot of people at the pool. Also there was no social distancing at elevators, there was no signs posted reminding people to social distance. Unfortunately I feel that I wasted my money, all I wanted was to go relax at the hotel and use the pool.

The casino floor and restaurants are great. Very nice spa and workout area. The rooms (we stayed in the pyramid) need to be updated. They look well worn and used. Very few amenities in the room (no fridge, mattress wasn't very comfortable) We didn't have a bad stay just wasn't great either.

Elevator was slow, ppl were lined up waiting for 20min each time to go to their rooms. There aren't refrigerators in the rooms. Cleanliness was abt the only thing that would get a star. Won't be returning.

The hotel one-bedroom suite was okay but not as clean as it should have been for a four to a five-star hotel. I found a candy wrapper, child handprints on the window, and the desk was dirty. Cleaning staff needs improvement. The place was like a maze difficult to find my room from their eatery and casino. Again, the best part was my room was a one-bedroom apartment.

I've been to Vegas a bunch but never made it to Luxor. Finally had a chance to attend a conference which was hosted in the Hyperx Esports Arena. What a cool experience!!! I posted some pictures of what the event was like. Was great to get the full experience and play some video games and network. Would definitely suggest checking this place out if you get the chance!
