An adequate experience to go see a show, and a good experience for the E-sports gaming stadium, but... the first room we stayed in was so dumpy and dilapidated (broken furniture, old carpet, broken shower head, broken toilet seat) that I brought it to the attention of the front desk. They graciously apologized and switched me to one of the newly refurbished rooms.
The new room had a long drip stain mark across 3/4 of the length of carpet, there was no refrigerator or mini bar, and there were NO closets. The bedroom furniture drawers had false drawers that were not made to open so there was even less room for clothes. The bathroom was clean, but minimal.
I had to leave at 4 a.m. and I called the Bell desk. Gerri, a nice elderly man, answered and came within 3 minutes. He stated that when I picked up my luggage at the bell desk after I retrieved my car, there may be a delay since he was currently the only bell hop on duty for the 4400 guests. Luckily, the security guard at the valet area left his post to find Gerri and the bags came promptly. Gerri did a fine job, but no hotel in Vegas with that type of occupancy capacity should ever be that understaffed.
The casino smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke at 4 a.m. when it was virtually empty. This tells me that their air scrubbing devices are failing or nonexistent.
In short, go for shows, E-sports gaming, or a meal, but expect not to be impressed by the rooms.
