My mother and I stayed in a pyramid room. As soon as we walked in it smelled so musty, nd we figured it was just the way the room smelt because it is an old building. At night when my mom went to step into her bed there was a pool of water in the carpet. She went to sleep because wr were exhausted from traveling all day, and said we will request to change rooms in the morning. My mother is allergic to mold, and was wheezing that night for breath and broke out in hives. In the morning we got our rooms changes, and they comped our fees the day we left which was nice. But they know about the water in the rooms because a staff member told us they just steam clean the water up. So they put us in a room knowing it was not at its best. There was holes in the walls, mold in the bathroom, water drained curtains. I am giving 3 stars because they did fix it, but they did but us in a room knowing there was problems. These problems almost results in a guest being sent to the hospital on their vacation.
