Crooks! Do not buy from this company! Sent me broken product, communication only via email. Promised twice to replace. Nothing. Had to go through the lengthy process of PayPal Resolution. I am now awaiting credit from PayPal. Don t waste your time with Light Sectrum Enterprises.

Advertised 5ea 2 pin lights , warm, 20W halogen equivalent. Received 5 cool 2 pin lights that glowed at about 1W equivalent to halogen. They then shipped warm (as ordered) and they bath you in a soft glow visible with all the lights off....or about .5W halogen equivalent. Then said that if I want real 20W equivalents the price was 2X! I asked for refund. They wanted me to send them back at my cost. I asked for postage paid.....not yet heard back. Challenged the charge on the CC.

By far the ABSOLUTE WORST shopping experience that...

By far the ABSOLUTE WORST shopping experience that I have ever had. We purchased two lamps from this company and paid for express shipping/handling. That was over a week ago and we are still waiting for our lamps. We have submitted a complaint with Norton shopping guarantee and are hoping to have a resolution soon.

On a related note, they NEVER answer their phone.

If you need lamps, look elsewhere and save the aggravation.

I couldn't be more appalled with this company.

I couldn't be more appalled with this company.
- First they send me the wrong product.
- Then I try to call them multiple times and couldn't get through because they have a Magic-jack line and it wouldn't go through. And when it did, I left 3 messages over a 2 week span and they never called back or answered the phone.
- FINALLY when they answered their e-mails THREE days later, they argued with me about the product! Saying this is better than what you ordered (when it really wasn't) and then kept asking me to send back the product without providing me a pre-paid address label.
- They continued to argue with me for 3 more e-mails and then finally sent the pre-paid return address label.
- All this happening over a 2+ week period, I put in a chargeback report into my credit card a week before and when light exports found out they wrote me "What is wrong with you? Why did you open a chargeback with your credit card? Unbelievable!!!"

I will NEVER go with their company or their sister company EVER again!!! What a SCAM!

We needed a very specific product for our pond sterilizing equipment. It required quite a bit of communication but in the end everything was satisfactory and fitting properly. Shipping was a little slow but we're happy with the final outcome.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered light bulbs from them. Sent me the wrong kind, wattage, and voltage.. Sent 2 emails, and they respond with "those should work just fine!".. No they won't actually, they won't even fit.

Their phone line goes straight to voicemail, and they say to email them for best results. Took 2 emails with a little attitude to respond to the most ridiculous answer I have ever seen from customer service!

So Now I am stuck with bulbs I can't even use...

I initially reached out to Light Spectrum Enterprises regarding bulbs for air filtration systems. They were quick to response to my inquiry and offered excellent guidance as well as advice on what I required, which ended up saving me money in the long run. On my second order we had a problem with one of the in duct UV units. LSE took ownership of the situation shipped a replacement the next day. I couldn't be happier with their customer support thus far!

I ordered a bulb recently that was not delivered to my address. Address was checked and I made sure I didn't type it in incorrectly. I politely asked for a refund because I ordered the bulb through another company as I needed it asap for my pond. I e mailed them personally without going through PayPal with no avail. The worst customer service I've ever seen. It was only 26 dollar refund. Not asking for anything free just my money back with no product in hand!! I would highly suggest never using this company!! Horrible service but PayPal will make it right Thanks PayPal...

Have tried to call this company a couple of times because we received our bulb and it was broken. We have yet to hear from them concerning this matter. Sales and customer service are not a real help.

I ordered 2 bulbs from LSE Lighting back in early ...

I ordered 2 bulbs from LSE Lighting back in early May. The tracking number on the order showed an eta of May 18 (and still does). I checked with the seller on estimated arrival after May 18 and was told to wait a few more days. This was the only answer they kept giving me over and over when I would check on the status time and time again. I contacted the Walmart and to try to cancel the order and was told the matter would be escalated on 3 different occasions (they never did get back to me about this). I finally phoned the seller in mid June and was told the bulbs were actually on back order but had just arrived that day. They had reshipped to me and advised they would refund the shipping fee due to my inconvenience and time spent dealing with the matter. I check again on the order on July 7th and was again told the bulbs were on back order???? The bulbs actually arrived July 9th (over 2 months after ordering them). I let the seller know and asked about my shipping refund to which I was told that shipping is expensive and they would not honor their original promise. AVOID this seller at all costs as they are so unorganized and their service is non-existent. No matter what their own issues are you cannot ever cancel an order even through Walmart. I will look elsewhere for future UV bulbs when I need more.

Ordered an item, and it was never shipped. I repeatedly asked for a tracking number to confirm this, but the employee, Arthur, only insisted that "It was shipped!". I asked multiple times for a refund, and the only response was "It was shipped." Not a great experience.

In just one word: Crooks!

WARNING: ALL THE 5 STARS REVIEWS ARE MADE BY FAKE PEOPLES WITH ONLY 1 REVIEW.

They never send your order. Provide me false tracking number (2 times). When you dispute the payment, they provide false tracking number to win the dispute. They have used a tracking number of a package that as been delivered at 8h of car from my home to win the dispute of the package I never received.

Avoid at all cost!

Shipping was fast, however, they sent me the wrong bulbs (incorrect voltage). I sent an email, with a picture of the incorrect bulbs and requested the correct bulb to be sent. I get a cryptic reply, with no explanation as to how to do the swap. I email again. No reply. Luckily, I always pay with Paypal when buying from a new vendor so I opened up a dispute. I get a really nice reply saying to ship them back with the assumption that I would pay for shipment of an incorrect item. Ha! SO then I request a pre-paid label to ship it back (twice). No reply. After awaiting a few days for them to reply, I get email from Paypal saying the seller escalated the dispute to a claim, stating that they shipped the correct item. Which is crazy BECAUSE I SENT A PICTURE TO THEM WITH THE WRONG BULBS. These people are idiots. Don't buy from them. Get your tiny, hard to find, ceiling fan bulb somewhere else. Or better yet, replace the whole fan. It'll be easier.

I ordered a bulb from these folks and they kept saying via email it was on it way. They even sent a tracking number. I waited 3 weeks when I paid for 2 day shipping. I had to reach out to them 3 times only to get a response that it is delayed again. They made zero effort to contact me. One would expect a decent business to notify their customers of delays. Very poor customer service.

The worst experience ..with this company sent wrong part for UV lamp waiting for a month ..they say they are sending the glass part for the UV lamp for my pond over a month ago took my credit card fast from all the reviews I should have known better ..... still waiting while my pond is green with algae I cannot see my fish and told them this ... money wasted on this company I told them I take pride in keeping my large Koi pond clear.. for 15 years.If I lose them I will blame this company.Next stop Better business Bureau.I give them no stars. Worst people to deal with ever. I placed the order on a Sunday and paid extra for "expedited processing" and tried calling early Monday morning to get a status on the part. No one answers the phone and the message says "for prompt service send an email or contact form." I did both. Still not response for hours. I sent an email asking to cancel the order, as I needed the part right away and couldn't get a response as to when I could expect it. I got an email Monday evening saying "shipped!" with no ETA and completely ignoring my requests to cancel. I ordered the part from another company Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday. I finally got the part from these people on Thursday and asked to return it. After a bunch of nasty emails to me they did process a refund and capped it off with a lovely "DON'T EVER CONTACT US AGAIN!" Buyer beware. These people could not care less about customers or running a reputable business. I would suggest that no one contact them ever again.
